For me, the best KPI what we have right now is OTIF, for example, in logistic, right? On time, in full, paired with exception resolution. So because this provide me an ultimate business impact, right? And we need to be very, very clear about what is my submetrics also. For example, time to detect. So during when we have this exception as a passive data and it's, occur in the system as an alert, I should know that how I will going to react on that and how I'm going to work on that.
