Third-party logistics and carrier data are often late, incomplete, or wrong. Use multiple sources like GPS, IoT, and geofencing to cross-check delivery status, and validate all incoming data with automated checks for missing fields and impossible timestamps before it enters your system.

I think, you know, the reality is 3PL and carrier data is often late and incomplete or sometimes wrong as well. And if you have, you know, building your visibility strategy on the assumption that the data will be clean, you are setting yourself up to failure. Yeah. So here's how we think about it. You know, first, never rely on a single source. We triangulate. We, we have GPS visibility, IoT, geofences, or even customer confirmations. So if the courier says delivered but the good— my geofencing says that my truck is still 200 miles away, we know something is off in my control tower. Yeah, second aspect will be to validate everything at the door. When the data comes in, we run automated checks— missing fields, impossible, you know, timestamps, or duplicates. So bad data always, you know, gets flagged before it hits our system.
