Start with one repetitive pain point like scanning supplier data, run a small AI pilot to prove it works, then scale to harder problems. Begin small, show the money, expand.

my short answer would be start with some everyday pain point, prove the value which AI can add, and then scale it. For example, you know, if every buyer is spending 30 minutes or 1 hour every day scanning through the, uh, you know, supplier data, etc., the buyer can very well deploy AI, prove the value, learn from it, and then make it iterative to solve more complex problem. So definitely go the lean way. I'd create a business case of where you feel there is a repetitive task which AI can take up, use AI, and then scale it first.
