So I wanted to hop on real quick and just share a quick update. Yesterday got a call from an owner, and I know you're already thinking, uh-oh, what happened? But this is great positive news. Usually when you're having to call owners, you know, it's usually there's an issue or they're calling you, they have questions, there's an issue. But yesterday got a call from a long time investor client, and he just wanted to say thanks. Our team has been doing a great job. He's really happy recently, and just again, been managing for a number of years for him. So that's always great to hear.
