So I wanted to hop on real quick and just share a quick update. Yesterday got a call from an owner, and I know you're already thinking, uh-oh, what happened? But this is great positive news. Usually when you're having to call owners, there's you know, it's usually there's an issue or they're calling you, they have questions, there's an issue. But yesterday got a call from a long-time investor client and he just wanted to say thanks. Our team has been doing a great job. He's really happy, uh, recently. And just again, been managing for a number of years for him. So that's always great to hear. Wanted to do a quick video and share that positive, encouraging news, and, um, hope you guys have a great day. Thanks.
