Hey, thanks for taking a look at our evictions page. I want to speak to you just for a moment about evictions. Uh, they're very challenging. In college, I had my first experience and had to evict actually a roommate. I didn't know what I was doing, fumbled through it, and over the process of the years, I've learned the best way to do it in a professional manner. And we would love to take the opportunity to show you what we can do if you're facing a challenging eviction situation. We'll continue to treat the tenants with respect even in some of the more stressful, um, situations in property management.
