In a brief on‑site video recorded at the NARPM Broker/Owner conference in Colorado Springs, Speaker A and Jesse discuss why the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) is valuable to the property‑management industry. They highlight NARPM’s core offerings: continuing education, legislative advocacy that benefits both managers and landlords, a national vendor expo showcasing new technology and software, and extensive networking opportunities that foster long‑term professional relationships. Both speakers draw on personal experience—Speaker A with roughly 12 years of involvement and Jesse with seven conference attendances—to illustrate how the knowledge gained can be translated into concrete value for investors, tenants, and the broader client base. The video serves as a promotional snapshot of the conference’s packed agenda, the quality of the venue, and the practical takeaways that property managers can apply after returning to their operations.

Alright, we're here in Colorado Springs at the NARPM Broker/Owner. Wanted to just shoot a quick video talking about some of the great benefits that NARPM brings to the property management industry. So Centurion is connected to a lot of different associations that benefit the property management industry. One of those is NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers. And some of the great benefits that NARPM offers is continuing education. They are an advocate for our industry legislatively, so that also benefits landlords, not just the property managers. But one of the ways that we as property managers can benefit our owners by coming to these conferences is just learning about all of the changes in the industry, new technology, new software, things that are coming down through the legislation, and we can talk about how we need to respond, or we can also help shape and affect some of that legislation. So NARPM is a great organization. We just wanted to shoot a quick video, uh, telling, uh, some of the highlights. Jesse, what do you think about NARPM and specifically our time here at the NARPM Broker Owner event?
Yeah, so this will be our 7th time going And each time we always gain a handful of things. It's information overload, but we always want to take a couple of things. If we can just take a couple of things that we've learned from this and bring value to you, the investor, it's made it all, all worth it. And so one thing that they do here is they bring vendors from all across the country that help the systems, the processes for property managers to bring more value to you, the investor. And so we'll be looking at our notes when we get back, talking with the team, implementing things that again are going to bring value to not just our tenants, our vendors that we use, but you, the investor.
Yeah, so over the years, again, I've been a part of NARPM, I think, probably about 12 years. Started going to the conferences about 7 years ago. Just hugely valuable. Just not only the networks that you— friendships that you make, you get to stay at wonderful venues like this in Colorado Springs at the beautiful Broadmoor Hotel and Resort. Just amazing. But then you just have an incredible packed day, usually from beginning of the morning till the evening, with a ton of great information. You get to meet a lot of new vendors, find out the different technology and software and things that help make property management better ultimately for our— the end user, our clients, the investors. And so thanks for watching and have a great day.
