In this video, a representative from Centurion Property Management shares insights from the NARPM Broker Owner Conference and a recent survey of rental‑property investors. The survey identified the top five priorities for 2025: (1) increase profit margins (36% of respondents), (2) upgrade facilities (32%), (3) acquire more residential units (29%), (4) reduce existing costs (28%), and (5) save time managing properties (26%). For each priority, the speaker explains how Centurion’s services—tenant placement and market‑rent optimization, a robust maintenance and vendor network, acquisition assistance through in‑house agents, technology‑driven efficiency measures, and full‑service property management—can help owners achieve these goals. The video concludes with a call to action inviting owners to contact Centurion for quotes and consultations.

All right. I recently got back from the NARPM Broker Owner Conference in March 2025. Got a wealth of information that I'd like to just share a few of the insights that I learned. Uh, one is industry attitudes and future expectations with regard to the, um, uh, pro— uh, rental industry. So this actually is, uh, investors' top 5 2025 priorities. This comes from a survey of, uh, investors like yourself, property investors in anything from single-family homes to multiple single-family homes, small plexes, all the way up to larger multifamily and other income-producing rental property. So they looked at what are your top 5 priorities for 2025. Let's go through those. The number 1, with 36% of respondents saying their number 1 priority for 2025 was to increase profit margins. The second priority with 32% of respondents saying that they wanted to upgrade the facilities of their rental property. The third with 29% is to acquire more residential units for rental property for their portfolio. The fourth with 28% saying that they wanted to reduce existing costs. And fifth and finally, 26% said they wanted to save time managing my rental property. So this was again responses from surveys of investors in rental properties. Some of these had their properties managed professionally and some of them self-managed. And so I wanted to take a look at kind of responding to each one of these specifically as how Censuring can help you achieve these goals in 2023. 2025. Um, the number 1, increasing profit margins.
