In this brief video, the speaker—representing Centurion Real Estate Management—shares key findings from a recent NARPM Broker/Owner conference survey of property investors, highlighting the top five priorities for 2025: increasing profit margins (36%), upgrading rental facilities (32%), acquiring more residential units (29%), reducing existing costs (28%), and saving time managing properties. For each priority, the speaker explains how Centurion’s offerings align with investor goals: rent growth strategies to boost margins, a robust maintenance team and vendor network for facility upgrades, licensed brokers to assist with new acquisitions, technology‑driven vendor vetting to cut costs, and comprehensive property‑management services to free up investors’ time. The video concludes with a call to action inviting investors to contact Centurion for tailored support.

Alright, just recently got back from the NARPM Broker/Owner and got a wealth of information, some really good information on property management trends, which I thought I'd shoot a quick video just going over a few things that stood out to me. Industry attitudes and future expectations. This information actually comes from surveys from property investors. So individuals like yourself, investors in everything from single-family homes to multiple, uh, rental properties to multifamily properties and everything in between. And so after interviewing them, some of the investors' top 5 priorities for 2025, the first, um, priority, uh, was, you guessed it, increasing profit margins. So 36% of investors chose that as their number one priority for 2025 is to increase profit margins. The second, with 32% of investors saying that their 2025 priorities, so the second priority for 2025 investors, investors in 2025, was upgrading facilities on my rental property. The third priority for investors in 2025, with 29% saying that they were wanting to acquire more residential units for, um, their portfolio, more rental property for their portfolio. The fourth priority with 28% was to reduce existing costs. And the 5th and final priority from the survey for 2025 was to save time managing my rental property. Uh, hope you enjoyed that information. Obviously a lot of things that we see year in and year out, things that I'm focused on as an investor, uh, things that we as a company here at Centurion are focused on behalf of our clients as well. Of course, we're always looking at how we can increase the profit margins for our investors. Generally speaking, that's going to be increasing rent over time. Rent increase has slowed down as of recent. We did see a number of years with really good rent growth. The number 2 priority, upgrading the facilities. We have a great maintenance team and a network of vendors that are ready as always to help you with any of those upgrades. The third priority, acquiring more residential units. We do have several licensed real estate brokers and professionals, including myself, who would love to help you with a consultation or answering questions, and of course, taking over management for any new properties you bring on. And then the fourth, reducing existing costs. Again, going to NARPM was great because we learned about different trends in the industry. There's a lot of vendors that we're currently vetting to see if they're able to bring us value and not only increasing value for the company, for our clients, but also reducing cost. So sometimes technology is able to help in that regard. And the fifth and final, saving time managing my rental property. That won't apply to us here, but it certainly will apply to you, and we'd love to help you get more time back. As we like to say, enjoy life, leave the management to us. So give us a call today, and we'd love to show you what we can do for you and help you achieve your priorities for investing this year. Thanks.
