Hi, my name is Mendell Gosnell with Centurion Real Estate Management, and I've been doing property management for over 20 years now. I'm a real estate investor. I've got offices in Corvallis, Eugene, our primary office in Salem, Oregon, and we have a sister company in Bend, Redmond. But it's always so funny to me and kind of frustrating, to be honest. You know, we work really hard here in the Willamette Valley, and then we see some of the big guys— won't mention any names here— like out of Portland or even national guys that, you know, are managing properties, you know, that are like, literally I could hit their apartment complexes with a stone in front of my office. And, you know, over the years we've lost great talented property managers that the big guys, they'll hire my staff because I've trained them well and put them in like overseeing those properties or as the on-site property managers. And I'm just like, dude, why are you guys not choosing the local professionals professionals. You know, we, we have an entire team here and the local presence. We know the, the market better than I think the Portland guys or the guys that are outside of town. Uh, you know, just sharing that little bit of insight, uh, we would love to earn your business, you know, if it makes sense. But again, I think that property management is a challenging industry but one that really benefits from the local pros in your market. So again, we would just love for an opportunity to earn your business. We're the local professionals in the Willamette Valley, the Mid-Willamette Valley to be specific.
