Mendell Gosnell, a local real estate agent in the Mid-Willamette Valley, argues his team knows the market better than Portland-based competitors because they're on the ground there. He's asking for the chance to earn your business as a buyer or seller.

Why are you guys not choosing the local professionals? You know, we have an entire team here and the local presence. We know the market better than I think the Portland guys or the guys that are outside of town. You know, just sharing that little bit of insight. We would just love for an opportunity to earn your business. We're the local professionals in the Willamette Valley, the Mid-Willamette Valley to be specific, and we'd love to talk with you.
