A framework called the happy compass maps four things authors need: Heart (projects you care about), Audience (engaged followers), Prioritization (focus on one project for three months), and Income (earning money). Use it to figure out what to work on next, like building audience before chasing income if you're starting out.

Two is a is audience having an audience growing an audience having people that really are excited to be there P is prioritization picking one thing and sticking with it for at least three months and I is income making the money that you want and like if you plot all four of this all four of these pieces it will give you guidance for where to go next what to do next what the next step is. If you don't think that people are resonating with your books well like that's probably one like that's probably like the first place you should go like if you don't have a big audience like you should do audience before income and but like prioritization is only a function of you are not doing enough of the things you like doing to succeed.
