In this concise tutorial, Michelle L. Jensen of Travel Her Story walks viewers through earning affiliate revenue from a travel blog using Stay22. She begins by urging sign‑up with her referral code, which grants a $100 bonus after 100 bookings. She then demonstrates how to create a Stay22 script via the Script Builder, copy the generated code, and install it on a WordPress site using the free Code Snippets plugin—pasting the script into the header/footer area with spacing to avoid conflicts. To confirm activation, she shows how to open the browser console on the homepage and look for the rainbow "Let Me Elaz" logo. Once installed, she explains how to embed Stay22 maps into "where‑to‑stay" guides via the dashboard, generate affiliate links with the Alice generator by pasting Booking.com or Expedia URLs, and rely on the Spark auto‑link feature as a fallback. Finally, she introduces the Nova feature, which detects a visitor’s interest (e.g., multiple Paris posts) and opens a booking platform in a new tab, earning affiliate commissions. The video ends with a call‑to‑action to follow for more Stay22 tips and a reminder to use her referral code for the bonus.

I'm gonna show you how to start earning from your travel blog in under 3 minutes. Hi, I'm Michelle L. Jensen of Travel Her Story. First thing you need to do is sign up with my referral code, which I've linked here. It gets you a $100 bonus once you hit 100 bookings, which is gonna be super simple once you follow my guide. Once you've created an account and logged in, you're gonna hit Script Builder on the left side of the screen and then Create Script. From there, scroll down to make sure everything you want enabled is enabled. If not, reach out to your Stay22 rep. Then hit Create Script. You'll then find yourself on the Script Details page where you can copy the code. If you're on WordPress, go to the Plugins section and then hit Add Plugins. I like to use Code Snippets because it's free and simple to use. Download it, activate it, and then head to the header and footer section. This is where you'll be pasting in your code and then save it. Just make sure you don't paste the code in between some other code. What I typically do is hit the return a couple times so you have a couple extra buffer blank lines between. To check that the script is working, all you need to do is write right-click on your home page, click inspect, and then console. At the top, you should see the rainbow Let Me Elaz logo showing you that has been activated. And that's it! You're now on Stay22 and have installed their script. With the code installed, you can now embed maps, which I like to put in my where to stay guides so I can show first-time visitors the different areas of the city. You can easily create these maps on the Stay22 dashboard on the left side under maps. You can also create affiliate links on the Alice generator. Just paste in a Booking.com or Expedia link to create those there. If you're a little lazy with linking or maybe you just forgot, the Spark feature will auto-link hotels for you. I found this to be a great backup when I'm editing late at night and forget. And last but not least, Nova. If somebody's lingering on your site and they're checking out all your Paris posts, it's going to assume they are booking a trip to Paris. And will open in a new tab on mobile or desktop to a platform such as Booking.com or Expedia, and you'll get the affiliate commissions from those interactions. Follow for more videos on Stay22. I'll teach you how to easily earn from your travel blog. And remember, use my referral code to get the extra $100 bonus.
