In this upbeat vlog, travel creator Michelle L. Jensen reviews her stay at the 25hours Hotel Indre By Copenhagen. She highlights the hotel’s unbeatable central location—just across from the Round Tower—and its quirky, themed décor, including a science‑room with space‑related books and artwork. The property offers two lively bars (Assembly Bar and Rendezvous) with inventive cocktails, a well‑equipped gym, sauna, and optional spa packages. Guest rooms are spacious, cozy, and feature fun details like door‑hang cleaning signs, though the single master light switch proved a minor inconvenience. Michelle praises the friendly staff, especially their accommodation of a last‑minute breakfast‑to‑go request, and the hotel’s bakery, which provided a memorable birthday chocolate cake. She emphasizes the hotel’s fast, reliable Wi‑Fi—ideal for remote work—and the excellent public‑transport connections, making trips to the airport, city attractions, and nearby castles effortless. Overall, she recommends the hotel for both leisure and work stays, noting only a few quirky operational quirks.

What I really liked about 25 Hours Copenhagen in Drøbye, it's centrally located, like super, like you can't get closer. If you're planning on going to that round tower, it's across the street. You could throw a rock at it if you could from your window. That's how close you are. Hi, I'm Michelle L. Jensen of Travel Her Story. I've been blogging my adventures for the last 11 years to help you with yours. It also has really interesting decor. You're never going to be boring walking around there. You'll find something new around any corner. I mean, there's the vinyl room, there's tons of conference rooms you can hang out in. There's two bars. There's the Assembly Bar and then also Rendezvous, which I really liked. They had these pop-up bartenders that created these crazy different drinks. I got one called Daddy Issues and it came with a temporary tattoo sticker. They also had an awesome gym and sauna. Before I headed up to the sauna, I actually got their spa package, which they asked if I wanted to have delivered to the room. I actually just didn't have time because it was my last day there, so I ended up giving to me at the reception desk. And I had this really cute robe, slippers, came with a towel. The beds were cozy. We had a room that was very science-themed. There was books from like Stephen Hawking and different pictures of space, I assume from like the Hubble Telescope or something like that. The bedroom was spacious enough for me and my friend who were staying there. The only thing that was a little weird was the light switch situation, which we wound up finding out on like the second or third day we were there, but it wasn't such a big deal. Uh, it was just like one main switch for everything, so if you had to get up and go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you kind of had to turn on everything. But that was user error on our part. I actually wound up staying there over my birthday, and I got this delicious chocolate cake from their bakery downstairs. I was actually very sad that I had to leave some of it behind because we were heading to Germany. I couldn't take it on the plane with me, but it was so delicious. Everybody we interacted with there was so nice. Even when I requested breakfast to go on our last day because we had a super early flight to Munich They were super accommodating even though it was my fault that I asked for it late. I love their little door hang signs with just different sayings on it, which green was like, "You can come in and clean the room," and red was like, "Don't bother." But you did also have to tell reception if you wanted cleaning, which I thought was a little strange. Like, why have the signs? But I mean, I guess that's how they run things. I wound up doing some blogging work there and had to upload a bunch of files. And let me say, the Wi-Fi was incredible.. It took me no time at all. Me and my friend sat in the Assembly Bar and had an espresso martini while I was waiting for the files to upload and just played a card game. By the time we were done with our drinks, my uploads were done. So if you are planning to work while there, it has spectacular Wi-Fi. You will not be disappointed. There's also tons of public transportation right near there. Me and my friend took the tram directly from the airport to there, and it was just a short walk to the hotel. We also took the metro or trains, I can't remember which, I think it was trains, over to some castles outside of Copenhagen, and it was super easy. To get to the station from there and hop over to one of those castles and have like a nice day away from the city.
