Two of my friends started this business. One of the friends quit about a year in and moved to Hawaii. That's a first partner, right? First partner's gone. He convinces me to move here to run the business with him. So we moved back here. Now me and Dwayne are running the business. Text me out of the blue that he's done. He said, I feel like the floor has to be so high with all of us trying to thrive off the company. All of us being me, him, and Mitchell. What company out there can't support three people? He leaves. The initial offer he made was, I essentially want you all to sell everything, pay off all the debts associated with the business. There's, you know, business loan, a credit card, things like that. And then that leaves you with no equipment, but you get to keep all the clients when they pulled up today. I got an offer from him today, from his lawyer, and now he's all of a sudden wanting to put the truck that he took with him back on me. So now there's a truck and asset that he took with him to Atlanta. He's like, I want you to have this back along with the 900amonth truck note. Having to hear my side, and it's probably hard to, like, decide if it's right or wrong or whatever, but, yeah, it sucks.
