Hey everyone, it's Mike Andes and I want to say Happy New Year. I have three announcements and then I want to say word of prayer for 2025. So even if you're not religious and you don't do praying, let me give you three quick announcements. Number one, I want to say thank you to the entire community, all of Augusta Nation and everyone inside the home service industries. I am very grateful. Everything that I have in terms of monetary success in my life has come from this community and, and I am very, very grateful. The tools, the resources, whether it be lawn care, web design, home service, web design, copilot, CRM, Augusta Nation, and the list goes on. I am so thankful. Everything that I can provide for my family, for my team and for the businesses is because of your support and I will try to be a good steward of that and I'm very thankful. Number two, if you haven't already, Blue Collar Summit's coming up in just a couple of weeks. It's going to be the best event that we've ever put on and it's very nerve wracking to spend hundreds of thousands, literally hundreds of thousands of dollars on the event and not know if anyone's going to show up. It's a full day long workshop. I would love to see there. Because a lot of what I learned in business school was really for Fortune 500 companies, executive CEOs. The numbers we were dealing with were like hundreds of millions and billions of dollars. And I hope it helps you, your family and your business in 2025. Now, I don't have anything like planned for my prayer, but I did want to pray for 2025 and for each of you. Heavenly Father, we are thankful for all that you did in 2024. And the vast majority of my audience is business owners and entrepreneurs. And every day we wake up, there are problems to face in terms of team members, employees, customers, vendors, providers, things that go wrong, things said about us on social media, bad reviews, jobs that go awry. And we want to say thank you for keeping us throughout this past year. And maybe for some, it wasn't an easy year. Maybe it was difficult, maybe it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows and making a lot of money and the business barely survived. And maybe they come to the end of 2024 and actually more in debt and they're struggling more and maybe the relationship is struggling. And I pray that you would be their source of strength. You, you would be their prince of peace, that you would be their counselor at this time as we head into 2025, and that you'd give them a new beginning as we head into this new year. Lord, as we head into 2025, I'm reminded of King Solomon when he became the king of Israel. And in the Bible, you came to him and you said, I'll give you anything you want. And I was kind of thinking how that is so like New Year's resolutions, like you can have anything you want. Sometimes we think about health or losing weight or making more money in the businesses, but when he was given whatever he would ask for, he asked for wisdom and knowledge. And Lord, my prayer this year as we go into 2025 is give us wisdom and knowledge, Lord, as leaders in our community, leaders of our business, leaders in our families, that you would give us all that we have need of. When it comes to decisions being made, when it comes to hard problems, there'll be times when we don't understand. We have the humility, Lord, to know that we don't know everything. And we need your wisdom, we need your guidance, we need your knowledge. And that is my prayer this year as we head into 2025. For each business owner, each leader, we want to be able to provide for our families, Lord. And the economy is sometimes difficult, sometimes finding employees is hard. Making ends meet is difficult. As we grow our businesses, I pray just give us wisdom how to market, how to be able to lead our teams, to be able to be successful in their own right, in their own lives as well in his, in the business. We were thankful for this time. I pray that 2025 would be a time that we can reflect now on what happened in 2024, whether it be good or bad. Be thankful for the times that were positive and that we felt like we were winning, but also realizing that the. The times of weakness, the times that we didn't have everything put together, that we didn't have the money in the bank, that things were going wrong, that is actually at those moments that we had to rely on you. And we're thankful for those moments as well. The times of sickness and the time of struggle, even depression or maybe 2024 is full of anxiety or doubts or broken relationships. Lord, I pray that you would mend those for each person listening, but also realize that during those weak moments is when we actually begin to rely on you. I pray that we would never become so strong or so rich or so successful or famous that we would lose sight, that we need you. And as Solomon prayed that you would give us knowledge and you give us wisdom. Bless each business owner, each person listening here, this, this today, and I appreciate each and every one of them.
