Short transcript excerpt from a YouTube video by Mike Andes in which a caller accuses Mike's crew of breaking a neighbor's Mercedes headlight. Mike responds apologetically, seeks the neighbor's contact information, and offers to investigate and make it right if his crew caused the damage.
Your guys broke the headlight of my neighbor's Mercedes. The weed threw the rock up and smashed it. What do you want me to do? I contacted the crew and they said there was no damage that happened while they were there. And honestly, it's between your neighbor and us, so what's your problem? Oh, no, that sounds horrible. I'm so sorry for putting you in this position. Between the two of us, I want to get to the bottom of this, and if we were responsible, we'll definitely get taken care of. Let me get your neighbors contact info. I will reach out to them right now, and I'll get this taken care of.
