Short YouTube clip (uploaded/created by Mike Andes) in which the speaker recounts their experience with lawn-care providers: they say they had hired TruGreen but were dissatisfied with recent results, contrast that with a positive experience with 'Augusta' who cleaned up the lawn and provided reliable service, and express a desire to continue the relationship with Augusta.
I've invested in this lawn. I went with True Green. I called them to tell them whatever they're doing to my lawn is not working. I had the prettiest lawn now, and I have the worst lawn. Okay. When Augusta. Well, they did clean it up, and he did a wonderful job. You always, always do. I don't ever have to be home when you all come. Never. You all take very good care of me, and I just want to continue that relationship with you. Well, thank you. I'm glad to hear that. We're actually doing a really good job. It's nice to hear those once in a while.
