A short YouTube monologue (speaker: Mike Andes) about being assigned chairman of HOA Lawn services in a 55+ community. The speaker expresses dissatisfaction with the role, notes they cannot make changes until next year, and lists landscaping needs (mowing, shrub trimming, and attention to a retention pond).
I. I'm. I'm just kind of making some inquiries. They unfortunately made me the chairman of our HOA Lawn services. And I'm not happy. So I thought I would do some work here on that subject.
I love it. So here I am. It's a strange place because it's a 55 plus place. Nice. And. And my. Now. Yeah, right. I. I'm old.
And I will tell you, I will tell you right off the bat, I can't do anything until next year. You following me? I'm following you. Yeah. No, I'm listening. Okay, great. What we need is, you know, mowing and some shrubbery hacked on. Well, you know, I'm a realist. I mean. I mean, you do what you do. And we have a retention pond that needs attention. You just made my evening. Alrighty.
