A short YouTube video transcript (uploaded by Mike Andes) captures a roadside/phone conversation where one speaker reports a truck dumping gravel onto the highway. The reporter plans to video the truck, contact an attorney, and potentially involve law enforcement if the trucking party does not address the issue. The clip ends with the reporter saying an officer is calling them.

Yeah. Whoever's driving one of your trucks right now is pouring gravel out the back of the trailer.
Okay, let me give him a call and let him know what's going on.
I want to know what y' all are gonna do about it.
Well, let me get in contact with him so I can let him know that something is going on.
All right, What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna video him as he makes this turn to show the gravel pouring out of there, and then I'll contact an attorney. I think that there's gonna be some law enforcement that's going to be interested in that. You're not allowed to dump the highway. So y', all. If y' all say you're not going to do anything about this and you don't care, then I'll just report it to the authorities instead of trying to deal with you guys.
Okay, Let me do this.
I'm going to call you right back. I've got the officer calling me on the other line.
We had dump trailer with a bunch of pea gravel, which is like small, little bits of gravel, and it was falling through the cracks between the doors that latch in the back of the trailer, which is totally unacceptable, and you got to make sure that that doesn't happen. However, this customer could just let us know, and we would immediately contact the driver and ensure that this was resolved.
