Mike Andes responds to a former employee's complaint that the company hides ownership from customers. He explains they list an estimator on business cards instead to speed up response times and let any team member help customers without bottlenecks.
This is an online review left by a disgruntled employee that was let go. And he was saying that the owner is trying to evade customers by saying he's not the owner. When in reality, what we do is when we go to a customer's house on our business card, we say that we have an estimator. The reason we do that, when the customer knows that you're a small business and you're the owner, sometimes they will only communicate if they're talking to you. When in reality, anyone on the team can take care of them. This removes bottlenecks in the business so you can grow, and it also leads to a better customer experience because the response time is so much better. When anyone can help the customer.
