A short excerpt from a YouTube monologue where the speaker discusses the importance of using employees' appropriate skill sets in a small business, admits personal weakness with administrative tasks, and humorously references colleagues (Christian and Paxton) reacting to a reprimand. The tone is informal and comedic, using family/sibling metaphors.

For this business to succeed, it needs your skill set. Instead of in here doing something you're not good at, it's okay to say that. Look at this guy over there, just grinning, smiling it up. Christian has been, like, praying for this day. He's like. It's like. It's like when your siblings getting a spanking. You're, like, up against the door. Oh, like.
No. I mean.
No. Like, Paxton's awesome, but then, like, there's things where, like, I'm not awesome at, like, admin.
