That's childish actions. I don't put up with that. I would feel terrible about not giving him a couple weeks to just, like, find something like. And like, he has a kid. Literally has another one, too. You never tell someone, hey, I'm giving you. Giving you your two week notice and I'm firing you. Two weeks. You are asking for disaster. You always have to cut it off fast.
