And in this back sanctuary area is gonna be part of the Airbnb, and we will easily rent that out for 200 a night, like every day of the week. This whole back of the property is going to be graveled and gonna be the shop space for this location. And so came in here, offered a $540,000 WA and yeah, man, this is great.
