You're literally getting ghosted and it's costing you thousands of dollars. The very first thing I want you to do when it comes to improving your sales and sell yourself on the fact that your product and service serves the need for the target audience, not you. And you are not the target audience. And if you're like, well, honestly, I don't do a great job, well, then fix the product, fix that first so you can have the confidence to be able to sell yourself to the customer.
You can do this using OTP or over the phone estimates. In other words, the time to the property is essentially zero because we never have to go. And before the customer even gets off the phone, we give them a price, get their credit card information, and get on the schedule.
And so I highly recommend, especially 24 hours after you've talked to the customer, you've met with them, you've given them a price, you send them the quote, follow up with the phone, and actually have a reason for calling them. Just calling to follow up is weak.
