It is Sunday morning and I figured I would do a little fit check. We are just about to leave for church. My dress that I've had for probably over 5 years, gorgeous, Amazon, gorgeous. And my shoes I think are from Target or Amazon. Lululemon. Here's from my mom, uh, rings are actually every single piece of Most of the jewelry I have is from my whole family. And then this is a Xiaomi wristband. That is the fit. Yes, please do a check-in.
Okay, these are Lulu pants. Where are we hopping? Oh, this is the camera. Hi guys! All right, Lulu pants, Lulu shirt, washroom bandana, and— oh, faster?
No, no, no, I'm clapping for you. Oh.
Yeah, that's it.
Everything is Lulu except the belt and shoes. You want to see my first birthday? Valentine's Day. Our first Valentine's Day. Guys, this past week was 2 whole years since we met.
That's right.
A lifetime. All right, let's go to church. Happy Father's Day to all the fathers watching this. Of course, we didn't film anything in church, but it was a really good service. And then after the morning service, we had our family come over for a Father's Day lunch. My parents actually came in town to visit, so It was perfect timing. It was so good to see them. Kind of seems like with every visit, the goodbyes get a little harder, but it was just like a really good time. Our Anytime Fitness is being renovated because the franchise, like, I think every 3, every 5 years, they basically want to do a little revamp. Not exactly a rebrand, but like kind of a rebrand, changing up colors a little bit. And I've seen the rebrand whenever we would go to other locations across the United States, and it looks so good. So I'm so excited for our club to be revamped. You know what, instead of explaining it all, I'll just let you guys see it for yourself. All right folks, we are at Mike's gym, currently under construction. We're doing the Anytime Fitness renovation and it's coming along, coming along. Are they supposed to start painting tomorrow?
I think so. Painting—
I think the tile—
I think they're working on the tile today. We had an unfortunate series of events. A contractor was here fell off of a ladder and went to the ER.
Did we ever get an update on how he's doing?
Um, I have not, which in this case, no good— no news is good news.
What's changing about the office? Isn't this gonna become like a glass?
It's all— that's gonna be glass. It's all framed in. See this? That's become a window, just like matching that one.
Let's go! And then this whole cubby area, it used to be where this pillar is. It was just like from this wall to the pillar, but now it's being extended. They took out what was here. It was like a whole separate like trainer office. This will be so much better. Are they gonna do like the rock on the ground and everything, like the black?
The tiles and extend it all the way out.
But you know how the New Age Adventist under the cubby has the rock? Oh yeah, we need to get rid of these too.
These are trash.
Got the American flag still standing strong. Let's go!
And then they'll paint everything tomorrow. We've got everything taped off. It's like chaos. It's like crap. It looks like tomorrow they'll probably start doing tile. Oh yeah, they're starting the tile. That's good. They're starting on tile. The tile's gonna go all the way up and then the whole— this will all be tiled.
The bathrooms weren't like a mandatory part of the renovations, but they needed a little facelift.
Mary wanted them.
Shout out Mary!
Shout out Mary! Mary wants— Mary gets what Mary wants. Mary wants tile.
It's coming together. I don't know if I like that. I don't want to waste my caffeine intake. I don't think so. Much better. I fell victim to Amazon Prime Day, and I actually didn't go too crazy. I got like 3 or 4 things. When Prime Day happens, it's not like I necessarily need whatever I order right then, but I know that it's things that we use eventually, and it's just appealing because it's at a discounted price. First up, we have A whole case of Gloom. Now, if you have not started drinking energy drinks, don't, because that's a rabbit hole that I've definitely gone down. But it was on sale, and Summer Splash is a pretty solid flavor. This one is definitely a staple for both Mike Andes creatine capsules. I used to take the powder in water because like you do absorb it a little quicker, but it's inconvenient and pretty disgusting. Even though, even though they say it's unflavored, it tastes like powder. You know what I mean, only if you've ever tried it before. Here we have a cute little comfy pajama set that I've actually never tried, but I heard it's super comfortable and it was on sale. Okay, this, this haul is not as interesting as I thought it would be. I thought it'd be more fitness focused because energy drinks and this, but, uh, microfiber hair towels. That was a few of my Amazon orders that I got from Amazon Prime Day. This thing I did not get on Amazon Prime Day. I actually got a couple days before it started because like totally forgot that Prime Day was coming up, but that's okay. This is a Shark steam mop and I'm so excited to use this. Along with my hating cleaning the bathrooms as like a little chore, I also hate mopping and I need to do it more often. So I'm like, you know what, I just need to make it— I'm gonna sound real lazy right now, but I was just like, I just need to make it a little more effortless and then I'll do it more often., and this steam mop looks as effortless as it gets. You just push the thing like a vacuum. So anyways, gonna unbox it and try it out real quick. This morning I had a phenomenal lift, as you saw. I, I feel like I'm getting a little stronger, which I'm so excited because I'm also cutting at the same time, and I am so close to my goal, you guys. I am so close. I am 4 pounds away from scale weight. Like, I know scale weight is only one variable that like I should actually be focusing on, but it's a good like threshold. It's a good goal for me to hit. And then once I hit my goal in that aspect, my coach is going to put me on a little reverse diet, and then I'm going to get some muscle and get a little stronger. Anyways, off topic though, let's unbox the steam mop. Please be sure to read the enclosed owner's guide prior to using your unit. That's boring. I like to figure it out as I go. Okay, we've got a handle, we've got the little cleaner pad things, and then we've got the main event. This looks fairly straightforward. Wow, nice. I can just throw stuff off and it's like almost ready to go. All right, we've got— oh, Yeah, that ain't going nowhere. This is my kind of assembly, folks. Just like simple, straightforward, don't even need instructions. Maybe I'm speaking too soon, but I like where this is so far. This is always the most satisfying part about getting like an Apple product or anything. Yes, yes! Boom! Whoa, this is so cool! All right, let me figure out how to take this thing off. Um, how in the world do you take this off? Is it supposed to come off? Yeah, surely. Okay, maybe I should read something. Oh, this is like Chinese to me. I hate manuals. Pull it out away from the mop tank. Is it really that simple? I'm gonna break it. Okay, it's not broken. This is a tiny little thing. I think you only need water, like, to— duh, you only need water. But like, unless you want to deeply, deeply disinfect your floors, like, the steam cleans it. It's a steam mop. This is so cool. Is it my first day on Earth? There we go. Deep, normal, light. Let's plug it in and give it a go. I watched like one YouTube Short. That's not true. I watched a couple YouTube Shorts reviewing it and it looks fairly straightforward to use. I think I've used a Shark cordless vacuum before and it's probably a similar concept where like— Yup. And now what? Hello? Hello? Oh ho ho ho!
What? Okay.
Where's the water? Is it doing it? Are you gonna spray water? Hello? Like, need to preheat? I don't know how this works. It's not giving off anything, it's just going back and forth. Okay, how do you turn it off? There's a steamer! It's happening! Right? I think so. This is so cool! It's steaming, you guys! It just had to preheat for a second. See this mark in the floor right there? This is so cool. Obviously, based off of the lack of— or I shouldn't say lack of subscribers, but, uh, the amount of subscribers, I'm not sponsored by Shark. But Shark, hit me up, you know. I could— I feel like I could do this all day. Like, this is so easy. Look at how gorgeous and shiny these floors are right now. Yes, that is like the dampness, the wetness from the mop, but still they look so good. Thanks for watching. Bye!
