This is Kanye West's mega mansion in the hidden hills of Calabasas, California. Bought the house for $20 million and spent another $20 million on renovation, $5 million of which was spent on the pool, getting a new one, and all the landscaping. The property is three acres, and the weekly mowing cost would be $560. We would charge $2,300 per month for bush and tree trimming, as well as $890 per month for fertilizing the lawn. Anya spends about $4,000 per month on irrigation and his water bill to keep the grass green.
