A lawncare provider explains why rain delays mess up the schedule. When it rains, crews can't mow wet grass, which pushes back all the routes for the day. Customers end up waiting with no clear answer about whether their service happens today or gets rescheduled.
We might come tomorrow instead. Today is a good weather day. We had waited this amount of time to get them here today. Why are they now saying, oh, it might not be possible today? That. That does not make sense.
The rain has been delaying their other routes throughout the day. So they're trying to get caught up. And so they're not saying that they are coming tomorrow. They're saying that there might be a possibility if they don't finish the other things that they're trying to get caught up on before they can get.
The thing is, we wait around all day to find out whether they're coming. You know, we may have plans today. Please. I hope they will come today. And yes, we've had rain, but we've had good days, too.
