A short conversational excerpt from a YouTube video advising business owners that growth requires acquiring new skills through self-education—reading books and posts and learning from "YouTube University." The speakers emphasize practical learning to overcome business roadblocks and use a pressure/water metaphor to describe how people respond to challenges.
If you're gonna grow your business, you're gonna need new skills. And if you don't have those skills innately born to you, gifted to you by God, you're gonna have to go learn. And you have to read books, you're gonna have to read posts, you're going to have to figure things out. The YouTube gods, the YouTube university will bless you with knowledge. And using that knowledge, you'll be able to overcome the roadblocks that are inevitably going to be in your path. As a business owner, I've heard that. I've heard the saying.
That people are like water. They always sink to their lowest point, if not under pressure. But under pressure, water can cut steel.
