Last year, my lawn care business made over $60 million in revenue. My name is Mike Andes and I'm the founder of Augusta Lawn Care. I'm also the founder of Homework Software, where we process over $1 million every day for home service businesses. I'm also the founder of Home Service Web Design, which has built over 1,000 websites for home service businesses. Now, anyone can say anything they want on the internet. So for proof, I want to share my story of how I got here. In 2007, I started Andes Lawn Care with my brother to to pay our way through college. In 2008, I started college at the age of 13, and my goal was to become a surgeon. In 2013, I went to Kenya, Nairobi for a couple months as a medical student. I worked at orphanages and clinics for a couple months, and it was amazing. In 2014, I decided to drop out of medical school and start Augusta Lawn Care. I didn't want to be in the medical system for the rest of my career. 2016, I started working 100-hour weeks and got in a workplace accident. I got my hoodie caught in the PTO of a dump truck. In 2017, after that accident, I realized that my business needed to be turned around. So I implemented systems like pay for performance and made $280,000 in annual distributions. And that's when I started making content on YouTube, just documenting what I was doing in the business and all the changes I was making. In 2019, I franchised Augusta Lawn Care with the goal of changing the level of professionalism in the landscape industry. In 2021, I slept in the office closet to save money and grow the business. That way we could be able to grow past 100 locations. In 2023, I created software called Copilot CRM that we now have called HomeWorks to help owners grow their business without breaking and use systems in their company. In 2024, I started the Turnaround Show where I would travel the country fixing struggling businesses. In 2025, I launched Copy and Paste Millionaire, a book that we are trying to give 100,000 copies away this year. In 2026, we received a $43 million independent valuation of the whole company that includes the franchise, the software, and the media. My goal is to make home service business owners rich.
