Mike Andes set up AI bots to answer office phones so no incoming leads get missed. The bots handle calls automatically, capturing potential customers who might otherwise reach a voicemail.
We literally train an AI bot to answer phones, having the office staffed with humans seven days a week. If I have 50 phone lines all booked, I never want to miss the call because I know 37% of people leave a message. The other 63%, I don't even hear from them, which means I'm missing 63% of incoming leads if I'm not answering the phone.
