Hey, everyone, I'm Mike andes with landscape businesscourse.com today we're going to be sharing with you the first part of a series that we call Zero Turn. And that is where we go out and we are trying to help landscaping companies make their company more profitable and really create the systems to scale up their business. It's something we've been doing with landscapebusinesscourse.com and the members there for a long time, the podcast, all the videos we've been sharing. But today, we're gonna give you kind of behind the scenes of when we go out into the field and actually talk to members that have been in the course, seen the material, and now we actually see their company, see their employees, the work that they're doing. And so this first episode we wanna show you comes from a little business out of Conroe, Texas. It's just south of Houston. And the owner's name is Isaac. And we're gonna jump into his business. We're gonna go. We went there for 48 hours, just two days, and we really wanted to help them create systems to really scale up and make their company successful. So here, let's jump into the first day. This is early morning in Conroe, Texas, with IMCO team, which Imco is the name of Isaac's little business. Here we go.
We've been doing a lot of stuff to like, change our name of the company and kind of like prep it for Mike and Josh coming to kind of check things out and help us get things rolling in a more professional, professional direction. So we want everything to be real for them so they can just see what they're working with, and then we can just use that to kind of, kind of go off and help plan for the future. So Mike has a pretty big company in Washington, and do you want to tell us a little bit about that?
Yeah, we got two shops up there. We live right up against the canyon border, so just north of Seattle.
And so, yeah, I've done it since I was a little kid, kind of like Isaac did. And then Josh is one of my employees there. And so we.
