A short YouTube conversation (host Mike Andes and a second speaker) about running a business at a loss. Mike Andes advises that if a business is costing you money, you should stop and take paid employment instead. The other speaker notes they are young with few personal commitments (no kids, no house) and that continuing losses would prevent them from achieving those milestones.

If the business is actually costing you money to keep it in operation, you should just pack up and go get a job where you actually get a paycheck every single week.
Luckily, I'm doing this at a young enough age. Like, I don't have kids, I don't have a house. I don't really have, like, any super major bills outside of, like, the business. If things just keep going the way that they are right now, there's no way I could ever do any of that.
