Yeah, so the estimate that we had sent you, it looks like it got accepted. And then we also sent you an email saying what services we were going to do when we come by, and it looks like that was also viewed by you. And so I can. I can call the crew and ask them to stop, but you may be charged for the full price of the service.
This is why it's so important to make sure you have a digital track record of everything that goes on. We have track record of the email going to her confirming the service. The exact minute she opened up the email, clicked on the accept button and got another email from our scheduling department confirming the date of service. And to all of that, she accepted and never replied back.
