Ladies and gentlemen, welcome for the live stream today we're going to be talking about whether or not Copilot is ready for your business or if you should wait a few months or potentially even a year to potentially join Copilot CRM. The reason we're making this video today and I'm doing this live stream is because currently the sales team is booked out about four to five weeks with sales calls and we are not planning on staffing up our sales team. We are focusing more on the customer support and development right now. And so to augment the sales team, I'm doing a couple live streams a week just to answer questions. And I will tell you very blatantly and bluntly if I think you should just wait. I will also tell you if you shouldn't. If Copilot is not the right fit for you, I'll also tell you if I think it would be a good idea for you to join Copilot. So happy to answer any questions. I'm going to go over. I had this idea today. I figured I would go ahead and dry on the pros and cons of joining Copilot to also maybe help in your decision making process. My. My goal today is not for you to be sold on Copilot. My goal for you to determine whether or not it's right for your business. And for some people that answer is no. So I want to make it very clear as to who should join and who should not so you don't waste time or money. And there's no reason to switch CRMs for the sake of change. The only reason you should change and switch CRM to go through the pain of changing softwares is if you think that software is going to have features that allow you to make more money. Right? We are in business to make more money and if you don't accept that fact then we have different assessments of what we are in for business doing business for like well, I'm in it for good or I want to make jobs. You need money to do that. All right. So it is a means to the end of whatever you are trying to achieve, whether it be providing for your family, for your community, etc. So today we are just focusing on is it going to make you more money. That is really the prism by which I think you should be making this decision.
And so every weekend, every other weekend I do an office hours with the members of Copilot. So I did that this morning. We have a Q A about the roadmap, what we're working on Etc I'm going to talk a little bit about that, but I really wanted to break down whether or not Copilot is a good fit for your business. And I know the reason a lot of people are interested in joining right now is because we have the price lock guarantee wrapping up at the end of the day the, the month. And so that's why I'm doing these webinars because I feel it's only fair that if we're going to have the deadline on January 1st to have price lock guarantee that, you know, you can't have a sales call right now for four weeks, which, which stinks. So I want to answer your questions. Please be honest and just ask whatever you want. There's nothing off the table. And the price lock guarantee is essentially if you're in the enterprise level subscription, your monthly subscription will never go up in price. All right? So next year we will be going up in price and you will not be going up in price if you are in the enterprise level. User subscription, also.
The annual subscription, either one. So monthly or annual, if you're in the enterprise level, it will not go up and that is in perpetuity forever. As long as you stay inside that subscription level, you will have access to make sure your price never goes up. And the reason I'm doing that is because 2023, for everyone that joins, they are joining the software very, very early and young and we are new to the game. And because of that there are more hurdles and bumps along the road. And so my way of saying thank you is to guarantee that their price will never go up on that monthly subscription. I'm not guaranteeing necessarily that there might not be add ons down there. I don't know what the future holds and I'm not a huge fan of doing a bunch of add ons and nickeling diming people. I like subscriptions just like very straightforward but I'm not guaranteeing that part because I don't know what the future holds. But I can do is guarantee that monthly subscription does not go up if you join before the end of this year. For some people I am also recommending that they actually join like December 31st, but then wait like two or three more weeks because we're adding quite a bit in January, especially if you are in chemical and treatment applications because we're going to be working a lot more on multi step programs and several other features required for those chemical applicators. We do have chemical applicators already inside of Copilot, but most of them are under 500 customers. And so if you have thousands of customers, I would say you need to wait. You potentially might want to join, though, to get the price lock guarantee and then wait four or five weeks before you actually move over. So let's go ahead and get started. Go ahead and ask questions in the comments. I am going to address those. What I'm going to do really quickly, though, I did not prepare this, so we'll see if this is actually useful or not. But let's make sure it's working very good. Okay, so what I want to do is I want to do the pros and the cons. Pros.
And the cons of copilot. All right, so let's do the cons first. I forget who it was. Ben. Was it Ben Franklin or Thomas Jefferson? Some smart person. They said, you know, every decision could just be broken down by, you know, what the pros and the cons are and weighing them out. So let's just go ahead and take that thought right now and go through this exercise and see if it is helpful for determining whether or not your business should join copilot. All right, what are the cons? Why would you not want to join copilot? I have not prepared these. These are coming off the top of my head. So if you think of something else, feel free to let me know in the comments. So cons number one. Absolutely. Most important con is there are more bugs. Bugs are more. Okay. The reason for this is because we haven't. We have really ramped up development over this past year. In doing so, we have put to the sidelines what is actually most important to us, and that is stability of the software. And so as we move into 2024, that's going to change. So several things that we are doing to make sure that actually happens is creating automated testing. What is automated testing? Automated testing is something that is very important to make sure that when we release new features or even bug fixes, we don't introduce more bugs to the system. Now, why haven't you done that already? The reason for that is because creating really good automated tests is expensive and takes a lot of time. And so this year, because we changed everything in the code base so fast and literally like it, it doubled in size the code base. Creating automated tests this year would have been extremely costly and ineffective due to the fact that we were changing things so often. Now that we've really rejiggered a lot of the code base and we have these highways that we have more defined, we can create these automated Tests so that when we put push things into production, we don't make more bugs. So like right now, for example, I know that there's 23 bugs inside of Copilot. I counted them right before getting on this call. So that's too many. We want under five reported bugs. So it is more bugs. You will hit bugs. If you join Copilot right now, I guarantee you'll find a bug. And that's not good. That's not what we want, that's not prime time. But it is what we have done this year in order to get what we needed done. And then now we are switching into a much more stable development cycle. More testing, more code review, etc. Okay, on that note, let me just quickly draw something out. We actually have this on our board at copilot. 1, 2, 3, 4. 1, 2, 3, 5. Okay, cool. So this is how we think about the importance of development at Copilot. And I didn't expect to do this either, but this is fun because I can't draw. Let's go. So number one, uptime, very important. This is, can you access the website? That's kind of an important, you know, use case. If the site goes down, you can't use it. Therefore it is offering your business absolutely zero value. So number one focus is uptime. We've recently switched to AWS and the speed of our software, it has like literally went up 40 the day we switched over to AWS. It was a little bit of a rocky transition, but we finally made it. And when I say rocky transition, we had to go down in the middle of the night and it kind of affected our Australian users. But we are now in aws, which is a leading cloud provider in terms of where our servers are located. And it's going to allow us to scale much, much faster and create much, much better. Which is the next thing is page load time very important because especially as you scale your business, you have a bunch of employees. If the page takes an extra one or two seconds to load, multiply it by thousands of times a day. All of a sudden you are costing a lot of money by waiting on pages to load. So page load time, very important. Again, a big part of us switching to aws, especially doing it a little bit earlier than we had anticipated due to so many people joining. We need to make sure load time is always strong. That's like the next most important thing to us. This is also why we are focusing on creating offline mode of the mobile app coming in January to. Because when it goes when you go offline with Copilot right now on the mobile app, it's not great. So. So we need to make an offline version that you can still take pictures on, you can still make notes on, et cetera. When you're out in the field. The next most important thing is bugs. All right? Because if you are getting frustrated because of bugs, that's not a good thing.
And this right now is our weakest area of copilot. Back to what is the cons of Copilot? The next thing that we focus on is features. I spelled features wrong. Seriously.
All right, features, There we go. All right. Features make everyone happy. Features are what everyone thinks is the most important part about their software. When they're judging, it's not. These other things are much more important. Like can you use it? Does it load fast, Is it buggy? Then does it have the right features? The next thing we focus on is ui, ux, user interface, user experience. Does it look nice? Is it simple and easy to use? These are important things. Okay, so what we have back to what we talked about, the cons, pros and cons of joining Copilot is we have over indexed on this part right here. We have probably made it look like this.
It has been out of cater and it has been out of place over the past year. The reason we have done that is because we need to move Augusta lawn care and all of my businesses into it and we needed certain features. So we really over developed and focused more time on features instead of bugs. That's why the bugs became a bigger problem than they should have been. So now we are switching as we go into January 2024 to actually this model and eliminating this. So some people are like, oh, does that mean you're going to slow down development? Nice try. We are going to hire enough people, very experienced people, so we can still innovate at the same rate, but keep track of the bugs and make sure that they are held under control. So number one con of copilot, let's put this up here. Copilot. Michael, learn how to spell copilot. CRM.
Mercy. Goodness. This is the worst spelling day of the world. All right. I think it's partly because I'm trying to like re gidger. Okay, here we go. All right, there we go. Copilot. CRM. Pros and cons. Number one, lots of bugs, more bugs than we would like. Really hoping that by January that part is solved because we have our refocusing. All right, next con, probably inexperience. In experienced.
Leadership team. And I include myself in this.
Because I have only led a software company for a few years before Copilot. I did run P4P software. It's nowhere near the size of Copilot. All right. So I would still say I'm relatively inexperienced. So learning about Agile software and we, we like our tech stack is PHP and MySQL and Laravel and all these other technical terms. I've had to learn those relatively recently versus other softwares out there that are much more entrenched and they have leadership teams that have been in this industry for 10, 20, 30 years. So another con of joining Copilot. Inexperienced leadership team, another con.
This could be a con. Lots of change. This is slowing down because we really this year try to focus on creating like the big code based changes of Copilot. But it still changes a lot. We're adding a lot of features and we're adding things a lot of the times. We try to stay in communication every single day with our user base on our Facebook group. But there is lots of change and if you just like the same thing all the time, you probably will feel somewhat uncomfortable inside of Copilot. So lots of change. What are the cons?
Depending on where you're coming from, price could be a con because we're definitely not the cheapest. I can guarantee that there are cheaper options out there and if you're smaller than you know, if you're, you're not, if you're not going to do above 250,000 annual revenue in the next 12 months, you don't really need Copilot. So I'll just tell you right off the bat you can use other options. There's a bunch of them that are much cheaper than us. For example, yard book. If in the green industry, great. If you're doing up to like250,000 annual revenue.
Let's see here, what else would I recommend? Vaughn Pro. Also very good for up 200, $250,000 cheaper than copilot Jobber. Also very good. If you're doing less than $250,000.
Those would be the ones I'd recommend. If you're planning to do above 250,000 in the next 12 to 24 months, then maybe you could join Copilot. But if you're just going to stay around like solo operator, I don't think you really need Copilot. All right. Copilot is built for someone who wants to grow fast and wants to really scale up their business. And if you're just like, hey, I'm just wanting to try to maintain Copilot probably is not going to be the best bang for your buck. I personally believe a software needs to return 10x back to you what you pay for it. So if you pay a hundred dollars, you should get a thousand dollars back in return because of using that software. So when we look at this is how I think about software and so therefore when I think about the features at Copilot, we are always asking ourselves, how do we make you more money? So for example, the upsell feature that we just released a couple months ago, I truly believe one job from that will pay for your entire Copilot subscription. But I want to be able to do it 10 times over. So I've got to add other features. And that's really the focus of COPA as we move forward is how do we use technology and AI to be able to take your business and make you more money by using features like upselling, cross selling and getting more customers. So down the road, Copilot will become much more marketing funnel driven in terms of lead tracking, et cetera. But right now we got to get these cornerstones of a CRM nailed down. So I definitely could say that price is a con because if you're going coming from a cheaper software, you would look at Copilot and say it's too expensive or more expensive. I should say let's look at some of the pros. What are the pros? Okay, I'd say pro is no outside.
Investors. All right, So I own 90 of Copilot. The other 10 is owned by my co founder, Patrick. He is it. I, I, I have 90, he has 10. We have a great relationship, but, but he's not in daily operations of the business. And so my goal is to make him very rich over the course of time by him being able to allow us to have the code base a year ago to start building on top of. So that's my goal. We have no outside investors, which means I make the final decision. And why is that important? Well, it's important because I would say CEO, involved.
In industry. Okay. So every single day I'm involved in the home service industries. I do turnaround videos with a whole bunch of different industries. I just got back last week. Roofing companies, lawn care, landscaping companies, tree companies. I'm very well acquainted with what small business owners need in this industry and what software tools they need to be able to grow their business. I know this very, very well. Every single day I get on a call with over 150 owners at a Augusta lawn care. Because I have the franchise and I talk about business, I talk about their needs and where they're struggling with. So I'm very, very in the weeds of this industry and what people need to grow their business. Most other software companies, I will say, do not have. They're not founder led, they're owned by private equity, they're owned by venture capital, they are owned by the public stock market. And therefore they think much more about their bottom line than they do about their users or, or whether or not their features are going to actually drive the bottom line for their business owners that are using their software for that reason. I'd say another pro is guaranteed results.
All right? We don't just talk about how great our software is. I guarantee you're going to grow your business by 10% or make it more profitable by 10%. If it doesn't, I will give you your money back. If you want more details on that, go to copilotcm.com guarantee it spells out exactly what that entails. All right? Because honestly, if you don't grow your business and you don't make more money, the software has not done its job well. And I don't want your money. I only want your money if I can contribute to you growing your business and by you giving us money, we can make the software better. And that's what I really appreciate everyone that has joined in 2023 because we don't have debt, we don't have outside investors, and we're doing this bootstrapped with the cash that comes in from our users. And, and so I truly believe that in the long run it will serve our users much more by having someone like myself that's in the industry every single day, understands exactly what we need, has no outside influence based upon what's going to be better for the business in terms of financially or in terms of cutting support, cutting development in order to sharpen their pencils so they can go raise the next round of venture capital. That's not going to happen. And so that will be the quick breakdown of the pros and the cons. I'm sure there's ones that I'm missing, but, but that would be what I would sum it up to right now in terms of the difference between copilot and other CRMs that are on the market now. Let's go ahead and jump in. We got Alexander Duprez. I probably said your name wrong, but welcome. Thank you for the kind words. Ortentia Martinez. Very Good. Has a question here. Should I get the enterprise level even if I'm new to the business roofing business here? Hortensia, I would only do this if you're planning to get above $250,000 in the next 12 months. All right. If you're going to grow the roofing business slowly and over the next four or five years, get that level, you could probably save a few thousand dollars and get something cheaper if you're just working by yourself. If you're planning to go employees the first year, start growing and scaling. Next year, do like 250, then like 500, then like 800,000 in revenue. I would get co pilot. If not, I would just stick with something else that's cheaper.
Mike, please allow card on file available on all plans. I'm not. I'm going to butcher this name. Chow Mora. I think I believe card on file is available for all plans. Let me triple check. Let's just open this up. I might be wrong. I don't want to say false information. You can go copilotcrm.com now. Let's go to the pricing page. Let me just open up. I can share this with you. One second. Stop this share screen, then I got present. Then share this screen and then open it up. All right, let's see what we got.
Oh, here, I can make this a little bigger for you. Sorry. No, no, no, no. Not that one. Why is this not working? Aha. Very good. Okay, this is the website. I'm gonna go to pricing. Let's see what's up.
Credit card on file. Credit card on file.
I think it's for everyone. I'm pretty sure. I'm just checking. Yeah, I think right from the free users, we allow people to put their credit card on file. The limitation is you only have 50 customers and you can't send anything out via email on the free plan or text, so. But I believe I am 99.99% sure that you can have a credit card on file still here.
Oh, I see what you're saying. The auto charge is over here. Got it. All right, so yes, auto charge is for enterprise level users only, but you can still have a card on file even if you're free. All right, so from the client portal, someone can still put their card on file and you can charge it manually. But to actually have it on auto charge, you do need to be an enterprise. All right.
Great pickup there, Ray. My goal is to save $5,000 this year, and so far I have a hundred dollars in the bank account. Well, I would definitely recommend not going and joining Copilot. I would recommend on focusing on your marketing. Watch my other videos about door knocking, door hangers. Just go get more business. Right? And if you're really wanting to join Copilot, just use it as a goal. Like hey, when I cross 200000 I can join Copilot. Mike said I could. So go grow the business. Getting a piece of software will help you get more customers. It'll make you more efficient. But it's not going to do the two hardest things in your business and that is sales and hiring your team. Okay? Those two things will actually drive business. That's why people. There are people that don't have any software and they run off of paper and Excel spreadsheets and they have million dollar businesses. Why? Because they're really good at sales and they're really good at hiring and leadership of their team. Now do I believe that same person with software attached could make their business 10, 20, 30% more efficient and profitable? Yes, I do. But if you have really good skills in sales and leadership and hiring, you will still grow a great business software. I just truly believe, especially over the next five to 10 years as labor gets more and more expensive, will absolutely be the catalyst to being more profitable. Sparta Lawn cares in the house. Josh. Hey Mike, would moving from monthly to yearly down the road renew your subscription on the enterprise level? Josh, this is a very wise question. The answer to your question is is yes. Enterprise level annual will will renew at the locked in rate. So if that's your question, like will price lot guarantee apply? Yes. Quick question. Are you guys happy with the 25 inch? Bravo. Yes, we are. Sparta looking to grow fertilization in 2024. How does copilot plan to have the systems in place for fertilization growth? Yes, we went over this this morning with the users inside the Facebook group. This is our current plan.
Last two weeks of December we are refining the last bit of our price matrices and job costing which is released to everyone. But there are a couple things we want to add to it as well as our sequence automations which has been like a six month project. We're putting some final touches, got some more triggers and actions we want to add in there. I think it's gonna be world class by the end of December, hopefully by the end of next week. But let's just call it end of December. As we roll into January, we're going to be focusing on a few different things. Number one, creating some sub items inside of an estimate so when you have an estimate you can create the job or sorry I should say create the line item inside the estimate using other sub line items that are not shown to the customer. That's one thing we want to add mostly for the people that do a lot of projects. The next thing we want to do is focus on treatments and applications. So towards the end of half of January and in the beginning, into the beginning of February, we have things like packages and the ability to be able to do like a whole bunch of other stuff with treatments. We already have the chemical tracking, the ability to like with one tap get the wind direction and the weather and all the other stuff for chemicals. And there's people that do chemicals already. However, end of January begin just of February we're gonna be focusing on then we're gonna have a webinar with everyone inside of the members group that is doing chemical applications and get their ideas and be able to refine it by the end of February for them. But really the big thing that we gotta focus on is like multi step packages, et cetera to there's ways to do it now, but it's not as refined as we'd like. And so we will make those refinements here in the next couple months. Looking to grow past $2 million this year. Any concerns with switching to co pilot? Well, if I had concerns I would not have moved my locations over because my locations are also doing that much and I have six other locations that are a little bit smaller, but one of them will do that much in revenue and we just moved them over a week ago. So.
Watch what I do and not what I say. I would say to that, Love Copilot University, been a huge help along with your team and Christian. Thank you. Okay, real quick, this is something you might not have known about. We did do another course on top of Copilot University. So Copilot University, how do you get to it? Mikeannies.com copilot it's free, it'll take you like a couple days to go through. But if you watch Copilot University you will be able to use the software like 90% efficient. Um, I truly believe that if you have an office assistant watch all of Copilot University, they will be productive within three days. Say, how do you know that? Because that's what we did at Command center for Augusta and literally within two days every single person was using Copilot. It is so user friendly to watch all those videos and throw an office person in. We have never been able to train people in the office as fast as we have on Copilot. And I'm not saying that because like I own it. The reason I'm saying that is because I developed the training and made sure that we were going to actually effectively build the blocks of training. So when someone's ending, they have the workflows required to actually operate inside the office because they're using it all day long. And so the other situation we have going on though is the fact that we now have an onboarding course. So if you go to mikeannies.com onboarding, most people don't know about this. This is a brand new course we just launched last week. Parker created it and it is a one week sequence that is going to help you onboard all of your customers, set up all of your settings and put all of your automations and templates together. It's going to walk you through step by step. You're literally going to follow along with Parker and he's going to show you how to import all of your customers, how to do all of your settings and how to do all of your automations and all of your templates step by step. That is in addition to Copilot University, which is more like workflows and how to get everything like rolling and how to do dispatching, all the rest of it. But the actual onboarding process, we've created a whole course around just that. And it's those three steps. Number one, every single setting is explained to you. The second one, importing all of your customers from a CSV file, you just created a new workflow for that as well. And now like when you have a bunch of properties on one customer, you can now put them all together and it's all the properties under one customer, you can merge them all together, whole bunch of cool stuff around that. You can bring in your tags and your custom fields, et cetera. The third part of that onboarding course is the templates and the automations. So we Copilot comes pre built with automations and with templates, text templates and email templates. Not to pay for those or anything crazy like that, right? It comes preloaded, you can customize, you can make more, you can do whatever you want, but they come there for free when you join even the free users. We believe that if we give our free users enough of the firepower of the features and automations, their business will grow and they'll have to get subscription down the road because their business will expand. So that's why we do that.
What's the three big changes going into Q1 prior to the rush. Big ones are offline mode of the app, the mobile app.
Chemical treatments and applications, trying to service them better and I would say getting started on accommodating large projects. We won't. We'll have that finished in Q1, but it's like on our radar and we will have started that process. Things like sub sub items on an estimate, things like that will be helpful and I'm really looking forward to video, but that's probably going to come in Q2, adding a whole bunch of video throughout. Hortensia Martinez Yes, I'm trying to grow big but since. Whoops. Since I haven't had any CRMs yet. That hat that's my why my question about Copilot looking to a video call with you as well to help our business grow. Go big or go home, right? Oh cool, you're in. Lyndon Washington, let's go. Fantastic. That's like 10 minutes away from where I'm at right now. John Drake what were the recent changes to free users? The recent changes were that we removed the ability to send emails out so you can still copy a link from the estimate of the invoice wherever and copy that into an email outside of Copilot and send it to a customer so it's still usable. But we did that because unfortunately we had some people get in there and ruin it for everyone and they were going in there and sending spam emails and click farming etc. So we the recent changes, the free user subscription unfortunately is that we removed the email capabilities and it stinks for everybody. However, I did make up for it slightly by adding in the upsell feature. But again you don't have the ability to email. So it's really the upsell feature would be more of an internal tool to mark which customers you want to upsell other services to. But that was the most recent updates to the free users because we got a couple bad actors that got in there and ruined it for everybody, unfortunately. And we can't have people sending out bad emails and spammy stuff because if they do it hurts the overall credibility of the domain that we send emails from and therefore we watch this like a hawk. Email deliverability account what percentage of people actually get their email in their inbox is very important to us. So we had a couple people get in there and ruin it for everyone. So we had to do that for the free users, unfortunately. Also we are going to start requiring probably next week a credit card on file even for free users because Again, same thing. People get in there and they try to do stupid stuff. They try to create infinite loops in their automation just to throw monkey wrenches at us. And so we are going to require credit cards on file, even if you're free, because we need to verify that people are legitimate. And if they're trying to be malicious, they're less likely to be malicious when we have their payment information, their address, etc. This is Parker's Parks and Garden. G', day, Mike. When you give the straw house, woodhouse, brick house analogy with the 250k to 500, 500, 800,801.5 and beyond 1, do those number apply to me as an Aussie? Yes, I would say they do. You guys have a higher cost of living, but it's generally the same. And if you wanted to take off like 10 or 15% of those numbers or increase those number by 10 or 15%, you could. But that is generically the analogy that would still hold. And it's not so much the dollar amounts that I'd be looking at, I'd be looking at the fact of those three houses, those three phases of business. And if you don't know what I'm talking about right now, this comes from a talk we had at conference and then I shared the video. And that is the straw house, the wood house and the brick house. Everyone's like, I want to build a massive business and build a brick house. Well, if you try to do that too quickly, you might hurt yourself because the brick house will fall down. You fail, you fail big. Sometimes what's really good is to start focusing on just building a straw house because if it falls over, you fix it back up and you do it again. And so a lot of times when people are building a smaller business at the beginning, you should focus on building the straw house, right? Does that mean being a laborer? Then you focus on the Woodhouse, the next stage of business, which is you are a manager. All right, then with the third stage of businesses is a bigger business, like, like you were saying, like 800,000 plus. That is when you now become an architect. You're no longer out in the field doing the labor. You're no longer managing directly with the crew all the time. You start architecting the business, thinking about strategy, thinking about where your next, how you're going to do an acquisition or marketing or move into a new category, do upselling or get in, you know, figure out software for your business. Those are things that are much more architectural to the business. And I find Too many times people will jump from, I'm going to start a business to I'm going to grow this massive company and start thinking like an architect. So what do they do? They're like, I'm going to focus on strategy. I'm going to work on my business, not in my business. It's like, look, you're doing $100,000. You should focus on being a better labor, okay? And if you saw in the recent turnaround videos with Freedom Lawn Care, this is something I mentioned to them. I said, look, you're doing 200,000 in revenue and you're trying to run this business like part time. And I have like managers, general managers, and office people. It's like, you need to be out in the field working. Otherwise you'll be less profitable. And I don't want you to be less profitable. All right, is there any other questions? This is the shortest Q and A we have had in the past couple of weeks, but I'm here to answer any questions you have. I'll stick around here for a couple more minutes if you have any. As to whether or not you should join Copilot, feel free to put in what your revenues are, what service you're in, and I will tell you whether you should wait or not. So, for example, Sparta, I would say you could probably move into Copilot by mid February if you're doing a bunch of treatments and applications.
You could probably get started now, though, if you want to import all your customers, do all your settings, et cetera. But it's probably not going to be as useful to you until middle of February to end of February. And what's nice is it'll be much more refined in terms of the bugs by then, so you won't have as many frustrations. But if you're like, I really want the founder, the price lock guarantee, you might want to join like December 31, spend January importing your customers, getting everything moved over, setting up your off seasons, etc. And then move over in February. So is there any other questions? Here, let me show you this. Let's see here. If you ever are interested about the roadmap of Copilot, you can always go here and see, like, what's on the horizon. All right, this is what. What's coming up? Got a bunch of stuff that we are improving and hey, sometimes we get these a little bit out of whack. Like for example, we already finished upselling. And then for example, this month or this quarter, we haven't quite finished up Wyeth. Or ring central integrations. So some of these like, you know, we get, we get them done almost all the time, we hit them, but we also sometimes get them done sooner than later. Like the offline mobile device thing will be done in Q1, it will not be done in Q2, so sometimes we get it done sooner than later. Also this little button up top right here, corner is kind of cool. Flight log. I guess it's probably one of the pros that we didn't add to the list previously is like the fact that you really are part of the building process and we really do listen to feedback from our users and, and one of the things that we do to be transparent with everyone is we literally show you what we're working on. Bugs that are in progress, bugs that are deployed to deploy the prod. These are literally everything that's in progress we're working on. And this is a direct copy of what's going on inside of our project management software called Jira. So you can see exactly what we're working on. Very cool. Also, flight logs. Every single week we have a recap of what new features got added. Last week was job costing and price matrices was kind of the big release for the week. All right, we didn't have any more questions, so I'm going to cut it off a little bit earlier. But I appreciate all of you even considering joining Copilot. I really do believe that in 12 to 24 months it'll be an obvious choice for a lot of people. But for now I really do appreciate the early adopters that are giving us feedback, allowing us to make mistakes, allowing us to get experience and I really do believe that it will help you grow your business. That's literally all I think about when it comes to adding features who are hiring. We're highly crazy right now. It is completely based around can I help you grow your business? And all my companies are inside of Copilot, so it's a very good option, A good idea that I make sure COPA is ran well, strong man. Dan asks, is Copilot right for me, end it end year at 150k projected to 250 to 300k next year. Thanks. Yeah, if you're going to grow literally double next year, I do think it's a good option. The reason for that is because I think the difference between the 250 and 300 could be having the right software and the right feature set. Things like upsells, one click estimate, emails, text automations, things like that. I do believe that that Size you'll be. It'll be worth it.
Jamming J Do you guys offer pictures that customers can see who is coming to their yard? I think you mean like profile pictures of the users potentially. We don't have where they can see which like employee is on the way to their house but we do have where they. You can add pictures and you could set up things like before you show up to the property it sends them an email or text message, something like that. We do have on the roadmap down the road, not only will they see the user's picture, they'll actually see a live map of where the crew is on their way to the property. And I apologize for this light right here because there's a window over there and the light is literally coming right through here. So that is literally just the light from through my wind my blinds. But yes, that is coming down the pipe probably third quarter of 2024 when you would see the, the crew live on a, on a GPS map and as well as which crew members are coming your property right now. We don't have that though.
Jamming says left jobber and we'll be switching. Well thank you. I appreciate the support. Oh, this little light thing is going to get a little bit funky. Look at that. All right everyone, have a fantastic rest of your Saturday. If you have any other questions, feel free to hit me up in social media or try to book a call with Christian. Um, again Christian is booked out for several weeks. The sales team is booked out for a few weeks. So I wanted to just answer any questions I possibly could. But we'd love to have you at Copilot. I look forward to building the company alongside with all the users and I hope it is very helpful for you to grow your business. I highly recommend if you haven't already, go to the very top of copilot CRM.com and watch the video at the very top. Okay. In that video I break down exactly why Copilot's different. As well as the guaranteed 365 day money back guarantee on the software. So highly recommend you go watch that. And at the very worst if you want to get the price lock guarantee, get the enterprise level user and there's a 90 day founders day founders guarantee on that which means for three months you can use it. And if you for whatever reason like you don't like my hair, you think I'm too short, whatever it is, you can get your money back for 90 days. No, no questions asked. So and you get your money back up to 365 days if you don't grow your business or make it more profitable. So all that's outlined in that video at the very top of the website. So copilotcm.com go to the top of the page and go ahead and, and get that. Thank you, Elite Cuts. I appreciate that. I appreciate the support. And Parker said. Did you say my last question? I think so. Yes, I did, I did, I did address that. All right everyone, have a fantastic day, have a fantastic weekend, a very merry Christmas and happy holidays and I'll probably do one or two more of these before the end of the year. I did answer your question, Ortentia. Oh, I didn't, I, I, I apologize. Since we are local, can we meet instead of video call for the 50 minute session with you? Unfortunately. Attention. No, I can't. I apologize. We are just very, very crazy busy. But I appreciate you being local and I appreciate you supporting this off, supporting the software and the channel. I do appreciate it but I can't meet in person. It's just right now I need to lock in and really focus for the next couple months. I appreciate all of you. Have a fantastic day.
