And specifically in, like, the labor industries, in part because, like, our best workers are usually the type that, like, they don't read books. They just want to work hard, make money, and then they have their personal goals that are outside of business. Right. Otherwise, if they liked reading the books and they were all go home, they'd probably be you starting in the business, right?
