Short YouTube clip (uploaded by Mike Andes) capturing a customer conversation with Brian, a local franchise representative in Valparaiso. The exchange clarifies that the company is a franchise with locations across the United States and Canada and includes a memorable line where Brian says, “We’re similar to nobody,” framing a distinctive customer-service moment.

Okay. Are you guys a nationwide company or.
We're a franchise, so we're locally owned and operated here in valparaiso, but there are locations throughout the United States and canada.
So you're used similar to u. S. Lawn or ground guys? The ground guys with all. Similar to that.
Similar. We're similar to nobody.
Fair enough. There you go. Well, I appreciate that, Brian. Thank you so much for your time.
