And we're live. Rock and roll. I got some announcements and we got eight questions came in on the form. So.
Let'S jump right into it. Let me just pop this into Facebook.
Okay?
First announcement. The square footage form. If you would like square footage added to your instant quote form, you are more than welcome to do so. I can actually show you how to do it.
All right.
So from your main website or sorry, from the dashboard, you're gonna click edit your website. And then from here, you're going to type in your email address.
Thank you. And then you're going to either add something or you're going to change something. So if you want. Oh, sorry. You're either going to add something or you're going to change something. If you add something, this would be. If you do not have a current instant quote form, so you're brand new, you never have an instant form. If you already have your instant quote form done and it's inactive, you can just change something and add the square footage there. It's going to basically look like I showed yesterday, and that is on the Facebook group, and that is with parentheses next to small. It's going to say a range of square footage. It's just going to say grass square footage and it's going to be that. So boom.
Okay, so that's the first thing. If you want that, just either add it brand new or go to the change and you can add that in there. It is not required. I know most people don't want the square footage, but if you want it, it's there. Next thing. The pros of having it, by the way, are that if you ever needed to raise price, you'd actually have something to point back to. Like, hey, look, our. Our form specifically says like these ranges are these prices. So if you ever ran into a problem, you'd have that as your backstop. But it does add another thing that they have to see and digest and think about before just choosing one of those three options. All right, so there's pros and cons. Number two, Happy Fox. This is has absolutely no effect on you whatsoever. Just wanted to give you a little behind the scenes. Several people mentioned yesterday they like to see that form that I shared about the yellow subsystem at Command center and how that all works.
We have tried for a very long time, for the sake of cost and simplicity, to use several basic systems at Command center, like Google forms, like Gmail, etc. They work great until they don't. We just have gotten way too big for them. So specifically emails from Automations would used to come into a Gmail account that everyone would be going through. We called it our call email. That was where all your estimates max when he has a ticket that he submits to them, et cetera.
We've completely changed to a different software. Nothing changes on your end at all. It's a way better system. It prevents anyone from doing duplicate work. It also tracks every single ticket. It's a way better way for us to be able to track individual team members inside of what they're doing the time. The biggest thing is it prevents duplicate work. The problem was when you have 70 people in there trying to claim specific tasks. There was times, even if it's a one or two second delay inside of Google, people would claim the same thing and do the same thing. So they'd send the same estimate like twice because you know, they open up copilot, they start creating the estimate, they send it out like they're not looking to see if someone else sent that same estimate two seconds ago. And so anyways now it's a matter of like every single one of these things that in the past have been emails are now tickets and it's way more scalable, way more trackable, it tracks their time. It also makes it super easy for us to be able to audit and diagnose stuff from the yellow subsystems perspective because now they have a very clear track record of who was doing what, who claimed it when, like tons of stuff. So super helpful. Um, you can look it up if you want. It's called Happy Fox. Massive companies use this. We're probably one of the smallest fish in the pond of companies that use this. But we've just kind of maxed out several systems at command center now that we're so large, which is not a bad thing. It just when you're having tens of thousands of tickets being handled every day there's just no like it's not a, it's, it makes it worth it for us to upgrade instead of using something like Gmail, etc.
So.
It'S expensive as I'll get up Mercy goodness, it's like $4,000 a month but it's worth it I think in the long run. We are constantly thinking at command center what will this scale to a thousand locations? So a lot of the changes have been made over the past six months, including this one that we've been, we've been biting some bullets financially but we need to do what's required for us to get to a thousand locations and this is one of them. So big companies like Costco, Whirlpool, they have a lot of big customers from Happy Fox that use this system and it's going to be fantastic. It's for companies that have hundreds if not thousands of support agents doing it, working on tasks together. That's what it's doing. So super, super efficient and so shout out to command center for making this call. We had we typically basically during spring rush never make changes at command center. Basically the rule of thumb. But when we had as many influx even in the past three weeks of amount of ramp up we just realized some of the constraints of these systems we've been using won't scale. And so they shout out to everyone for pulling in the extra time at command center to make sure this all got changed over. And I think it'll. There's so many things it can do too. We're just going to use it in its. In its smallest form now just to get through spring rush on some areas that we thought had limitations and then we'll ramp it up so. Because there's so much functionality in it. But yeah it's. I'm not gonna lie spending over $20,000 a month at command center for just software between all the stuff they use is. Is not far. Factor six like just ring central is over $5,000 now a month.
But anyways okay that's the next thing. Last thing. P4P updates.
See here I was going to pull up one example. I put it on the Facebook group for P4P. I was just going to share. This is Kevin Kevin Cohen's P4P. So how this is pulling in information from copilot. Now if you are synced it up. Synced up with copilot is the following. If the client hourly rate and the number of crew is the same it will combine them. So for example here we got two jobs got Eddie Cave, two property cleanups. Now I know just from looking at this that Kevin hasn't put the hourly the P4P hourly rate inside of the item in service of copilot that this job was completed as. So if you see a zero here it means that inside of copilot you haven't made the change to the P4P rate. And if I can pull this up really quickly basically go to resources, items and services and then whichever item and service you completing that needs to be.
Changed. And so I know this one is a zero because that's what's pulling over. And then it would make a different slot if there is a Different crew. So if the rate and crew match up, it'll create an entry here. So for example, this one right here for coal, there's an 80 hourly rate for these three jobs he's actually visited today. Like he's halfway through his day. And so for those, there's the name of the customer, the type of job, like the item and service name, and the budget hours right here inside of P4P. Super cool. And then if there was one, if he ever like went solo for two or three jobs inside of copilot, just like dropped his crew member off and started working by himself, it create another entry in here so it's completely accurate.
So very cool. This is why having the hourly rate for P4P is so important. And I want to show where that is just so everyone's on the same page.
Boom.
The reason I'm kind of excited about this is because I actually think this is the first time that the integration is actually worth something. Because in the past, it would create these really long time cards that were soup for every single visit inside of copilot. It would create a new entry on the time card and you got these long time cards. That was stupid. Now, as long as the rate and the crew size are the same, It'll combine them all. But you'll still be able to see little tool tip with every single job pulled from copilot. This is what needs to be changed inside of copilot because that is the rate that is being pulled to determine the labor rate, labor revenue inside of copilot. So if you're seeing a zero inside a client hourly rate inside of P4P, it's because this number is zero. And what's going to happen, this is what's kind of cool.
For now. If you have this, it's not a bad thing because what you can do, it's going to combine all the jobs on that day that have a zero rate. And then you can just manually change it inside of P4P. You could just do that for now. But the long term solution is go fix it inside of copilot because then your crew can see on their mobile app the thermometer will be accurate. That thermometer will not be accurate if you don't have the hourly rate because we don't know what the labor revenue is for that job.
So.
Have you heard anything from copa? Why when I archive my estimates, it reset the estimates to those customers. I sent that over to Lindsay and she couldn't recreate it. So she. But she looked into your account and, like, was going to take a look at it, but we couldn't recreate that. We tried a few different accounts to see if, like, if you archive, does it resend it to customers. So she was going to look at your account and see if there was, like, tags added to this or something. Because we could not recreate this one.
But what I would do if you could WhatsApp and just say, hey, Lindsay, you looked at my account the other day. I give you permission to, like, send one to yourself and then archive it and see if you get it back again. Because if she can recreate it, it's so much better. But we couldn't recreate it. We tried several different accounts yesterday. So just maybe contact with her directly through the WhatsApp. That'd be perfect if you could do that. Because it should not be doing that. And we could not recreate it. We tried, like, three different accounts. When would you set up? Okay, let's get to these ones later. Let me get through the questions here. Oh, not this. When would you set a minimum service amount and what would that amount be? And why? Personally, just to show up to a property, you're probably burning 15 to 20 minutes in drive time, unload crew, getting out, et cetera, and the time of admin and management. So you're routing it, you're dispatching it, they call in. Occasionally, customer service costs something. Like having them call into command center costs something. And so that's why I'm a big proponent of at least $30 per visit. And then most of Augusta Station is more like 40 or $50 as their minimum. I know some people are 60 or $65 is their minimum simply because there's a fixed cost of just having any one new customer. What that means is anytime you add a new customer, there's. There's more cost involved. So, for example, the gym, I have such a tiny variable cost of a new member being added. For example, If I have 700 members and I had 701 members, like, my, My. My rent stays the same, my utilities, I gotta heat the building, the light's still gotta stay on. I'm still gonna staff it the same way. Whereas when it comes to home services, when you get a new customer, there is a cost that is associated. There's a variable cost associated with adding a new client. And so everyone, everyone in our industry is like, oh, the gym would be great, because then I can just add infinite, and everyone over there is guarantee. Trust me, they all wish they were in variable service, because what they. What they want to know is the fact what could happen with a gym model, for example, is I need say 600 members to break even. Anything above that is gravy. But if I only hit 500 members, I am losing money. And so.
Mainly asking for cleanups in the spring. I remember being him doing like four oh minimum cleanups. Yeah, we, I still think we have a 400 minimum. The thing is like Bellingham has a $100 estimate fee. They have a dump fee and a couple hours worth of work. You add those three things up, it's basically 400 bucks because they're charging $90 an hour. Right. So you had two hours, a pickup of debris and a hundred dollar estimate fee and you're. You're basically at 400. So I don't know if they actually have a solid. Like 400 is our minimum, but it's basically going to be the minimum assuming we show up. Right.
Okay, let's jump into questions. I think I got all my announcements. I did. Cool.
We are going to redo P4P University this summer. So we've just made so many changes to integration. I've just put a hold on it because there's so much we've added to it. And so if we would have been doing videos this whole time, it would just been like constant confusion. But I think it's in a good spot now and we've done a lot over the past few months where I think we're going to be able to add projects in sooner than I thought to P4P. So like the P4P app will be able to handle projects. It might not be able to give the wage expectations like it does for mowing to the employees, but we'll at least be able to give them like a gauge of where they're at in the job and it'll be able to handle it because right now it doesn't handle multi day projects. You still got to do projects manually inside of a P4P app.
Cool. And if you need help, go to the Support chat on P4P. If you're like, why is this one having a zero client hourly rate, et cetera. But as long as you're putting your hourly rate and the budget hours into into all items and services inside of Copilot, it now comes across much cleaner. And if you want to test out, do it on your own account. Feel free because like, if you just want to sync your one, your individual account because the ability for the employees to see their wage expectation at the beginning of the day and is Pretty awesome. Like even that, that one call in caller that came in from Brent, Brent's location the other day, like him knowing he could see how much money he was gonna make for the day. It opens their eyes. And it's going to open their eyes. The fact that they'll see their hourly rate for the day goes up, up, up, up throughout the day because it usually a lot of it takes. It takes several hours to get above base pay because it takes an hour to go from the shop, like clocking in to actually making money. So I think it'll be be a really good thing.
We have nine questions now. Let's go. All right, let's see what we got. First one is from Alamo Ranch. Wait a second. Who's the owner of Alamo Ranch? I'm blanking.
I'm blanking, Sorry. All right. I feel like this has been asked before, but not sure. Is there a way we can have clients phone numbers added to their estimates? The address is on there, but I phone number would be helpful when doing calls. This way we do not have to switch back and forth from their profile. And yeah, I do have this on a lit the short list for Augusta Nation items to be done after we get through bug hell. I do have it on there specifically. So. Yes, Nick from Marysville.
How does a client set up ach? I have a commercial client that pays us via ach and the way I think about it, that is okay and appropriate to share that information business to business. However, I had a client ask me for our bank account information so she could set up ACH into our account. Isn't that a massive security risk giving account number to a client? I told her no way, but maybe I'm missing something. So if they're wanting to set up ach, they can do it through their client portal. That's the way I would recommend. What they're trying to do is set up you up on bill pay, which with bill pay, if they go through their bank, they'd have to like, get your bank information and all the rest of it, which you can do if you want. I think we've done it for one or two customers before at Bellingham Direct. Commercial clients and even I think a couple like full service clients that want to just like, hey, I'm gonna put you on bill pay. It just sends you money every single month. But I just put them through client portal and they can set up ACH through there. It's not as easy for them to do it through there compared to their bank. Like, if if someone's asking you for that, it means that they're trying to put all of their. Their pay their bills on automatic payment through their bank. And most banks allow that. Assuming you have the routing number and bank number of whoever you're sending it to, is that a huge violation or risk? Not really. Is someone. If you write a checkout to anybody, they have that information, right? They have your routing number, they have your bank number.
So I wouldn't say it's a huge risk. I would just say that if you're trying to get someone to set up on ACH and they're wanting that, I would prefer them go through the client portal. That way it's all going through stripe instead of what's going to happen in this case. If you give them your information, it's just going to show up in your bank account. It's not going to go through copilot at all. And so it's not going to like mark the invoice paid or anything like that. You're gonna have to like notice it went to your bank account. Oh, that's the so and so's payment I'm gonna go into. Okay. It's not connected at all. If they're doing bill pay, I just try to get them to set up ACH through your through stripe, which is through your client portal.
I think they would do that. If they're asking for your bank information, they'll. They're probably willing to give it on the client portal. I would say.
For their perspective, it's going to do the same thing. It just takes an extra validation step if we're doing it.
Kyle's Harm from Central Oklahoma. We've had multiple people sending accepted mowing door hands over the last few weeks. Why does CC just send the customer an estimate instead of automatically accepting the mowing quote and sent the franchisee to schedule service get a card on file. We're losing out on a few customers since we have go through the process of accepting the quote online. I think people get busy with life and forget to accept the mailing quote online. Even though they sent it already in via quote via door hanger. Invariably we try to reach out to the customer. Can't get through once we send the quote via email. Seems like we are making the job. Customer jumped their hoops when they already accepted the quote by sending in the door hanger. They should just go right to scheduling to get a card and file. Just my opinion. So I may be overlooking something. Okay, cool. I know that they literally went over this the Other day, Liz at Command Center. This is not this the process. So if this happened, please send us to yellow slips@augustalongashervices.com but the system is. If someone takes a picture of a door hanger, I know they literally went over training on this this morning. If someone sends a picture of a door hanger, we are creating an estimate, we are marking accepted and then you're going to get notified based upon the automation that this estimate has been accepted and then it's up to you to schedule it however you like.
The only time that changes is if someone does an instant quote online. We're going to mark that as accepted and also like an instant quote form being accepted. So this should not be happening. You're 100 correct. That's really the goal is to reach out to the customer, try to get their card information. But we're not going to send them the quote again if they, if they've already got a quote and they've accepted it. So I will touch base with Liz. Liz probably watches this. So Liz, if you want to add anything in the comments, feel free to. I know you just did training on this just to get everyone on the same page, but.
There is a few different variations of what happens now because there's like instant quote forms, there's door hangers that are being accepted, etc. So she had a training on this literally this morning with Command center. So yes, you are right that they, they are not, they're not sending it without it being accepted back to the customer. They should not be and they should not be definitely not be sending it back to them. Like do you want an estimate? So the reason we don't send them the estimate afterwards is because some people just get confused that I thought I accepted this because I just don't open it up to see it's paid. And so technically then you'd have to have a separate email for accepted estimate emails versus estimate emails. So to avoid that we don't send the invoice or the estimate to them. We shouldn't be. So if that's happening, Kyle, send it to Yellow slip. And I know that literally this morning they're doing training on this. Nick from Marysville, let's say I want to set up a client now to automatically switch to bi weekly in June. What is the best way to go about that? The problem I ran into is you have to set an end date for the weekly service so that won't repeat each year. Then you have to set up a different bi weekly service to Start in June. Okay, so there's two things. Number one, we are going to create a option to have tiered of schedules throughout the year. So for example, weekly during this part and then bi weekly during this part. We do have that on the roadmap for Copilot. If you're trying to do that this year though, what you could do is have two different off seasons. So you could have a weekly off season. I have a bi weekly off season and then just create the two visits. You could do that. So you could say, okay, it's weekly for these three months and I'm going to have an off season that floats the rest of the, you know, infinite. But here's an off season for three months of the year. And during those three months you create a recurring series that's bi weekly. You could do that. It gets more confusing. And so like what's going to be nice is the ability that when you're setting up a recurring visit, say hey, it's weekly for these months, biweekly for these months, monthly for these months. You could totally do that. So that is in the cards for co pilot. But if you're trying to do it this year, you would have to set up two different visits with two different office off seasons.
Kevin from Bloomingdale, New Jersey, what do you think about using ringless voicemail for follow up, follow up calls? Since most calls go to voicemail anyway. I'm not completely opposed to it. Definitely feel free to give it a try. I think that.
I think you're. It depends on how bad you want the job, right? If you want jobs and you need jobs like on the schedule, having someone on the phone and be able to close the deal is probably your best bet. Because if it's, if it's follow up only, like, yes, you're right. Like 2/3 of it of calls to customers are just going to go to voicemail anyways.
But for the one third that does answer, you're just asking them to call you back. Essentially that's all you're doing. And so I don't think you're gonna get any one of those people to close. Whereas if you need jobs like tomorrow, you need to get people on the phone, close them, get the job accepted, get their card information, like you want to like lock the job in now. So I think I'd probably agree with this one, Kevin. If you were booked out quite a far ways, you still want to do estimate, like estimate follow ups, but you just know you can't get to it. I'd be down for this. There's lots of services that you can do this for where you basically, it doesn't even ring on their phone. It just goes right to their voicemail.
I would also say I think more and more people are not going to check their voicemail. Just like spam folders. People are getting spammed so much now with voicemail, especially if we go into election year. I think it's going to dilute things like voicemail and even text messages. Unfortunately, so much political stuff goes to text message now. Nick from Marysville, I asked a question in the group about how to track where leads are coming from through different campaigns. Joel said he built his own landing page. My question is, why don't we have the option to have multiple landing pages? We could be crushing it, getting tons of leads. For all we know, they are coming from Google and not Facebook, but we are spending equally on both. Sorry if this was covered before. So if you email, if you needed multiple landing pages, I believe we're allowing like this. If you want different variations, I'll have to talk. I'll have to talk to Tori and the team.
And see how many we're allowing. I think we're allowing a couple, though. So if you want to like split test stuff of like the estimate page, which is the landing page, you could do that. The thing is, if you. In terms of deciphering between Google and Facebook, you're gonna. You can set up tracking codes in each of those, right? So you can have your Google Pixel, your Facebook pixel, and you can have your Google conversion tracker to know which ones are coming from which you can do that. But I understand, like, the more definitive ways, like, which one did it come from of the two, but even that.
Like, it's going to come in the same way to Command Center. So then, like, you're going to have to change a lot of stuff there. Like, we might have actually scrapped this. All right, Nick, I will have to follow up on this. Give me one second. Because we might have scrapped this for this reason.
One second.
Okay, whatever I just said about landing pages, scrap it for the moment. I will come back to this tomorrow with a more definitive answer because I have a feeling we scrapped this due to the fact that in order for this to actually be worthwhile for you, we have to change a bunch of stuff on the form that comes into Command center and then you're relying on Command center to pick it up inside, like the title or something and then send it over to you.
I would recommend using the tracking that's Just going to be the most accurate because then you can send everyone to the same one, but then it knows which one, which are which. So.
But let me ask because I know everyone here has, you know, you have the landing page of augustlongerservice.com estimate/your territory name. Everyone has that.
And I remember back in the day we would allow multiple and I think we might have stripped it out. So Nick, I will follow up on tomorrow or Monday. I just need to make sure I am giving you the right information.
Kevin Tanis from Bloomingdale, New Jersey. I have had two customers put job deposits on jobs without the estimate being accepted. Oh yeah, probably putting a credit from their client portal. Therefore there's no notification of job accepted and doesn't get on the schedule. Is there a way when a job gets a deposit that go. You can't do that, but you could set up an automation based on credit. I'm pretty sure. I think the customer assumes that when they put a deposit it accepts a quote. In the meantime, I can turn on the automation that emails me when a positive is made. No big deal. Yeah, I would just do the last part, turn the automation on when a deposit is made.
Because what they can do is they see the notification, oh, you need to add credit to your account. They do it and then they check out. Like, they pay and they're like, oh, it's done. That can happen occasionally. Most people, they read it and it's like, oh, I need to do that in order to accept the estimate. So I can see the confusion there. But someone can add a credit also to their account without even accepting the estimate. So like right on the client portal, they can add credit right there to the top, which some people really like because they like to prepay. They're like, hey, I'll just put $5,000 in this account and then you can just chip away at it throughout the year. Some people have really liked that I've seen.
And I would personally like that as a landlord I just like, hey, I'm put three grand in there. Just take my invoices out of there. I don't even want receipts. Just like take it out of there. But for now I would just say do the automation.
I believe.
Yeah. Because even if you had the setting on where it applied the credit to the estimate, it still wouldn't accept it. Right. So I think for now I would just do that. And then what you can do, Kevin, is if you're getting an email for accepted estimates and for deposits, you would then be able to know, okay, or credits, you would be able to know, okay, I got one for credit, but there was no estimate accepted. I'm going to go in there real quickly and just make sure that they forget.
I'm not seeing this happen a ton.
But if it becomes a trend, we could probably make it harder to.
Make that deposit without accepting the estimate.
But there's a little bit PCI compliance because it's hard to tie in a payment with accepting something. So for example, it's, it's from a compliance perspective, it's difficult to say like pay and accept estimate. That button is probably what I'd want to put there. I have to put that in compliance though, because that's what they don't like. They don't like tying payment to something happening like an acceptance of an estimate. That's what a lot of scammers will do.
Dustin from Champaign.
Why did you get a selling material? What did you think about the business? I'm currently sitting waiting to get my second load of rock for the day.
And knowing I could do this more efficiently and have a better customer experience. Getting landscapers out of the yard back to properties to make money and half the time it is taking.
Oh man, that's funny. This is an everyday occurrence in champagne and can be the bet and can be the case in Bloomington depending on the day. Yeah, material yards are notoriously bad for this stuff. As you get bigger, sometimes it's nice to have a little bit of soil and mulch on hand so you don't have to go there as much. But as soon as you do that, you have to have a loader and then as soon as you do that, you've got to usually have bigger like shop space and an office and commercial space because the. You usually can't dump bulk material just anywhere. Like as soon as you start dumping more than like 10, 20 yards of material, usually that's when the city or county will get involved and you need commercial space. So that's the thing is like you're going to usually increase. Like if you're actually going to make a yard, a yard, you could have like not just commercial space, but like commercial space that has high visibility to a road. So usually the cost of it is prohibitive. Like the office space, then you're usually going to be getting an office itself like, like the actual building on it. And then you got to man the office during the busiest time for them, which is weekends. Right. So you're now into retail, which is fine. Just know that you're gonna basically Pay, you need to be open about 60 hours a week, so you can do the math pretty quickly on, like, how much labor you're gonna have. And there are hours, hours where there will be no one drive in for material pickup. And, you know, I would say, if this is how I made sense of it originally, like, I hired Liz, okay, she can do the material, and in between that, you can do routing and dispatching and all the rest of it. Here's the problem. Material has the worst demand curve. It is, like, twice as bad as mowing in spring rush. And so what happened is during spring rush, her and I would work, like, 16, 18 hours a day, because every time people drove in, they did stack up. Right. And all of a sudden, you haven't actually touched your computer for dispatching, routing, doing estimates for, like, three or four hours because there's just tons of people. And that's the exact same time that you have a massive demand curve and increase for mowing, et cetera. So when everyone wants material, like all homeowners, you also have. Everyone wants their lawn mowed. And so it just compounded the demand curve. And again, if I can just level that out and. Oh, you don't make as much money during the spring. Yeah. But I was able to capitalize on the other thing, which is mowing, and that's recurring throughout the whole year. So it's kind of why I got away from it. You also need a loader. Your insurance is going to go up, and the amount of hours like you, you're not gonna have any more weekends. So that's kind of why I got rid of it. But, yeah, hey, trust me. These people are notoriously bad at customer service, and they do not care about your wait time, which stinks.
Lee Park. Happy Friday. A destination. Just a reminder. This picture on the Internet. Keep grinding. All right, Lee, because I trust you, I'm going to open this up.
I love it. This is Kevin Fairburn. Way back in the day, when Josh First Media Guy and myself went out to South Haven with his crew.
What a great way to finish off the mastermind. Let's go.
All right.
Let'S see here. I see you drinking those. Are those healthy? I would say they're the most healthy that you can get for energy drinks, which is not very healthy. It doesn't have artificial sweetener, and it doesn't have regular sugar. It has monk fruit. There's downsides of monk fruit. I honestly just enjoy drinking it, and life is short.
Would I. Could I cut it out? Probably. But I enjoy drinking it and it doesn't have tons of caffeine. It only has 95mg of 200. 200 is just too much for me. If CC does one click estimate one click estimates for franchisees, do they set up the one clicks or does the owner or GM have to do that first?
If a CC does a one click estimate email, do they set up the one click or does the owner GM have to do that first? It just depends on if they are. If you're in that department Vlad. So if. Because those, those are going to go to your email, right? And the only way that they would handle them for you is if you're actually. If they're doing the dispatch board for you.
Give me a second. I to be perfect. I don't know if you're in the email department if they do this for you or not. I don't know. I'm pretty sure they would. Again, sorry Liz, I've asked you like twice now.
But I'm assuming if these emails go to your email to notify you, hey, there's a one click custom email. I'm assuming if you're in the email department they would do it for you. I'm 90% sure on that. But if you're not, no they won't because it's going to your email command center is not getting notified.
I had to happen for a big ticket job like Kevin was saying about getting a deposit but no notification accepted job. I caught it by completing complete complete chance. A week later client was okay. But does this automation exist or do we need to build it? Yeah, so I just do what I said before, like create an automation that if someone puts a deposit down you can email. That way what's going to happen is you're going to get a deposit email and you're going to immediately get an accepted estimate. If that doesn't happen, you know there would be a problem potentially and if that happens more than like 20, 10 of the time even we, we should know about it just so that way we could. I'd have to get it through compliance. We could figure out a way to make it very obvious like you have not accepted the estimate yet kind of thing. But people a lot of times on their phone like they don't pay attention. But I don't know if I'd be able to put a button that says pay and accept estimate. I'm not 100% sure. Like I could try though. But for now I just do the automation. The email for the deposit and the email for accepted estimate, it's already set up. So that way if it's a big job, you get both of them together. This is for another owner on a coaching call. Great. Yeah. So my answer to this Vlad is going to be if command center is managing your email, they'll go ahead and set this up for you if you do a drive by, or if they need to actually measure the property and get an estimate put together.
And but if they're not managing your email, they have no way of knowing that someone did a one click estimate email that's coming to you. Right.
All right, everyone, have a fantastic Friday and an awesome weekend and I will see you on Monday. Take care.
