Hey, everyone. How's it going? Let's go and get started. Let me just Change this in YouTube.
Copy this into Facebook.
All right. Happy Friday.
Go ahead and get started.
There we go. All right, cool. Let's jump right into questions. Present, Share screen.
All right.
First one comes from Travis in Clayton, North Carolina. Let me make sure, first and foremost, that my microphone is working better today. Okay, good. All right. All right. Have you ever done financing for a project? What the customer wants done is between 5 and $8,000. Pros versus cons.
Yes. Like in Copilot, we are having Buy now, pay later. They have it in Zooper.
Through wisetac.
And I've been recently been able to see all the data from lawn pros, wisetac integration. And so they have obviously a lot more time under their belt of using wisetac and I can't see the data. Is that great? If you look at right now, all the people that are, whether it be people lobbying for change in Congress around Buy Now, Pay later, or the Buy Now, Pay later companies themselves, it's a pretty hairy industry.
Like, the interest rates are extremely high. If you don't pay within a certain amount of time, and the type of buyer that you're getting, especially at a 5, $8,000 project going into recession, I don't know if it's like a great thing to do. That being said, you are going to get the money on the upfront. Wisetac would be the one that would, you know, do the financing. Right. So that's great. And yeah, I think you'll sell a few more jobs. My question is, like, if I was talking to the homeowner, I'd be like, okay.
Why would you. If you're paying your credit card every month, for example, you could, you could just put on a credit card, you'd probably pay less in fees.
And then like, can you really afford it if you need to finance a 5 to $8,000 project? Right. It's like most of the time a 5 to $8,000 Project is not structural. It's not like required unless you're like moving into the house and needing a building permit. So it just, it's just odd that someone would spend 5, $8,000 on landscaping if it. Unless it's like somehow needed. It's just tough to see that. So.
Personally, we. I just like, based on the data, I just have not seen where it's like a massive uptick. But people use it. Like some people do use it. So the goal with financing should be that the Buy Now Pay later or any financing that is given is done through the estimate process and then handled by the third party financing company and not you. You definitely, if this question is asking this, you definitely don't want to be the bank in this case and like, finance it and like, okay, well, pay me $1,000 a month and we'll do it for 8,000 instead of 6,000. Like, don't do that. I would not recommend doing that. You are not a bank. We don't. We're not set up to be able to do collecting on a loan. This is not a service, is a loan and securities and all the rest of it. So I just make sure you don't be that person. But if you're asking about an integration like with wisetac or like a buyout, pay later, I'm for it. It just, we don't see a lot of people using it because it's not like one of those things. Like, for example, I think buy now, pay later works really well with necessities like my tires, okay, If I break down and my tires blow out, I must get new tires. I don't have money for tires. What do I do? Buy now, pay later, Use a credit card. Do something to tie me over. Lawn care and landscaping is one of those things where it's like, look, do you really need it? If you don't can't afford it today, it's $5,000. Maybe just wait until next year. And so it's just rare that a lawn care landscaping project creates enough pain for them to need to go into debt over it. So.
Ken from Penn Michigan, I'm on Zooper and I would like to use the free version of copilot as much as possible. What should and shouldn't I do with copilot this year? If you're going to be inside a copilot, you absolutely can. There's several users that are in the free as well as the paid versions that are augusta longer. You can absolutely, if you would like to. Command center just doesn't support it. Sorry. So phone calls coming in. We're not going to be putting information into copilot at all. It's still the super and service autopilot. We will let you know when we're starting to train. It'll be after spring rush. We'll start training people at command center. And then late this year, it'll be like, if you want to switch over, you can. And then we'll have a time where it's like, you must switch over. If you want Command Center Answer the phone for you. So all that will become much more clear as we head into June and July after spring rush in terms of what that timeline looks like. But you can use it? Absolutely. If you would like to. Definitely. The free version like absolutely. Just see what we're doing and stuff like that. Next week we're going to have a weekly summary of everything that's happening in the kind of like a bullet point list of all the bugs and the features being made. We're going to call it like what's it called? Atc.
Air Traffic Control. That's going to be what's called and so you'll be able to see what's going on and then probably in and around June, July I'll start sharing a little bit more on these masterminds of what we're doing for specifically August along here like the ring central integration, command center integration stuff. We'll be working on that period of time and then start sharing. Okay hey we're training Then it's like you. You can switch to go about then it'll be hey here's the deadline if you want Command center to still service your account that you'll need to switch over copilot and that would be months later. So we'll give you a lot more heads up and deadline dates and stuff down the road. So awesome. That's all I had for everyone today. I did hear from someone yesterday one of the general managers had a great point. If you don't hear back from somebody even after you call them the day after automations have been sent out and you still haven't accepted or reject the estimate, send the estimate again. If you see they're opening up all the estimates, send the estimate again. He was able to close 22 jobs last week by just simply resending estimates that people hadn't responded to. It doesn't take us by a click of button that cost a single penny. If you called them, left them voice message, they got all the emails. You can see they're opening everything up. Send the estimate again. Especially around project so great idea. I think it's really really smart Especially if you sent spring rush a spring cleanups like a few weeks ago and like eh. It didn't really need it. Well now they're starting to like oh it needs it outside. Send them again. Send the estimates again. So I had never heard that before. I think it's a good idea as always unless you are five, six, seven weeks booked on just like crazy busy you should be calling estimates the day after 100%. So. All right, everyone. I hope you have a fantastic Friday and hope you have a great weekend.
