Mike Andes leads a short Q&A-style session (Mike Minutes Mastermind, 04/07/2023) addressing user questions about CRM reporting and product updates. He gives a walkthrough for finding recurring customers in the CRM (filter clients for "recurring" and add a recent service date range, e.g., past two weeks, and filter by service such as "mowing"). He provides updates on Copilot and Command center: progress is being made, automation sequences are coming soon (referred to as "next week"), integrations and features (RingCentral, internal document marketplace) remain to be completed, and he is considering offering an opt-in migration to Copilot with a potential full switch deadline he mentions as "January of next year." He also cautions that many reported CRM problems are often user error or caused by recent updates/bugs. He announces a roundtable next week and says he will send an email reminder.

Hey, everyone. Hope you're doing super well. Let's go and get started. Happy Friday.
And I think I forgot to put this in there.
Okay.
Boom.
Copy save.
Right. Let's see. Oh, there's like one question. Okay.
Let'S be short. Unless there's other questions, feel free to put them in the comments.
YouTube. Cool. All right, well, bomb through this question. If there's other questions, feel free to post in the.
Comment section. Okay. Present. Share screen.
First question is from Anthony West Hampton.
All right. Hey, Mike. First off, Command center extremely responsive and helpful when we need them. Second, I might not be able to sign on when you do this, but if you can just give a quick rundown on how to find out our number of recurring customers in SA and I'll watch it back if possible. Yeah.
So yeah, I would do is I would go into your CRM, go under clients and set filters for recurring customers and then set a date range for like the past two weeks that in my opinion is like the most accurate because there's not really a recurring active paused equal to.
Mowing. And then just to make sure everything's done correctly, I would then also set a filter for that service of date range. So for some reason serviceoff has been very, very slow. So yeah, then I would put another filter of date range on here. So yeah, service would be mowing. Date range. Service date range, boom. And I'd make sure I've done it in the past few weeks, so that's how I would do it.
Anything else? I don't think that's. I don't really have anything super specific. We are making good progress on Copilot and. Oh, well, this is a question that's relevant. Have you thought about letting only ZBRU users join Copilot? Not yet, no. What I was about to say is I'm trying to expedite this whole thing because the chaos I'm seeing with super and honestly, even the speed at which service autopilot has been moving the past week, I'm trying to expedite how quickly we could have the option to move in. You would not be forced to move in, but you would have the option to. And so stay tuned for that. I just don't want to promise anything too soon. So I will hopefully have more timelines in a week or two in terms of when I think this might be possible and then it'd be up to you. If you want to join, you can. And then when there actually be a deadline of when Command center is switching 100% only to Copilot would be obviously I'm thinking January of next year. So yes, I have thought about it a lot.
With the automation issues with service off on the speed the past few days as well as.
The zoo problems last night I set up 20 jobs and routes and zooper changed everything. Yeah.
Not only there are. There is user error. I'm not saying this is yours, you, Jonathan specifically, but there are user error with a lot of these things. Right. And a lot of times when people do complain, a lot of CRMs, it is user error because software doesn't randomly do things. It follows a very linear path. And so when random things happen, there's either been an update and there is a bug or B someone made a user error. It happens a lot. We see even with Copilot a lot of times when users, oh, there's a bug that's messed up. It's like an hour later like, oh no, like I saw this, I messed this up, I set this filter incorrectly, et cetera. So just keep that in mind. And then secondarily is like, yes, I'm trying to push as fast as I possibly can to see to where you have the option to move into it. And I want to test it thoroughly though, before I would even put you underneath that. So we are making good headways. We're making automation sequences next week are going to come out and they're awesome. Very happy because we weren't planning to do it for another like three to four months, but these automation sequences would be what we need for Command center to be able to operate and things. So yeah, it's gonna be good. There's still some things we need to do though, like in terms of RingCentral integration, a marketplace to be able to share internal documents inside of copilot, etc. So there's still several things we got to work on. Give me a couple weeks, I'll have a better timeline of when I think I would allow people to use Command center and, and move over to Copilot if they wanted to. And then more of a clear definition of when the deadline will be of. Like you must switch over if you want Command center to still answer your phone. So there'll be plenty more information. And again, we have our roundtable next week, so expect to have some announcements then. So next week is the roundtable. Make sure there. It's gonna be great. Check your email if you have no idea what I'm talking about. I will send another email probably on Monday or Tuesday. Remind you about next week's zoom roundtable alright, guys, have a fantastic weekend and we'll stay in touch. Take care.
