Mike Minutes Mastermind 04/24/2025

Mike Andes hosts a Mike Minutes Mastermind (04/24/2025) where he announces and endorses a new AI agent (“Mike AI”) trained on his content (claimed >10 million words) and being integrated into dashboards for business analysis. He demonstrates how the AI can analyze KPI screenshots and recommend next steps, and answers audience operational questions: how CC should handle upsell estimates and scheduling, how Google Ads conversions are recorded (triggered when visitors reach the site’s thank-you page), and gives financial advice about whether to prioritize paying personal debt vs. aggressive growth (presents Option A: profit mode/pay down debt, Option B: bootstrap growth).

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, welcome another Mike Minutes Mastermind. Welcome to the middle of spring rush. There's only a couple questions that came in yesterday. I didn't do a mastermind because there's only one. There's two today. So if you have a question, by all means in the description of the YouTube video, feel free to click on that link and we can answer those I did in the Facebook group this morning or last night put in a new thing that I've been working on and is training a specific model, an agent for on AI on all my content. It's also trained on our mic minutes Masterminds. I've seen several people be able to use it this morning to really dig deep on their business struggles they're having in the business, employee problems. I so I can see in the back end, not necessarily who's doing it, but I can see people were talking to the agent and that's how it trains itself. So I can see if something, someone, something is said wrong and then train it and correct it. So that being said, it's been very, very good. It's not, it's not, it's. It's way better than ChatGPT because I created a GPT called Mike's Brain. It was never really good enough in my opinion to be able to share publicly because it would still go off on tangents sometimes not be super great. So this one's really good, really good. It is trained on over 10 million words.
Inside of all my content and so I would highly recommend using that. If you just want to talk through something. If you want to share your P and L with you can attach a picture. I took my screenshots from my KPI cockpit of my locations, put it inside of there and asked it to give me the three things I need to be doing next to the business to improve and it gave me hey, think about doing changing this on your automations to be able to improve your time to get paid. Ways to be able to improve my time to lead. It gave me a couple ideas around efficiency. So highly recommend, highly recommend. Play with that thing. It is, it is literally my brain in a box and it is so accurate, so accurate. So it's trained on my voice too. So if it's a longer response which I'm I'm making the the a little more concise cause it was a little bit lengthy but it'll make things concise but still you can have it read it to you if you just like audio. So I recommend give it a shot, take A picture screenshots of your KPI cockpit. Throw them into it. Say, hey, I'm going to give you my KPI cockpit from copilot CRM. Drop them in there, do two, like the top one, scroll down, take them, drop those in, ask it to analyze it and give you things that you can improve. And then it'll give you some things and be like, okay, how can I do this inside of copilot? And it'll like, say, hey, go set up this automation. Go here to the settings and do auto invoicing here. It'll walk you through the whole thing. So it's connected to like almost everything I've ever done on the Internet. It's just the best I've ever seen, to be honest with you. Okay, let's jump in.
We will be integrating that AI into the dashboard into several other places for much faster access for you to be able to use it.
So stay tuned. Lawrenceville. Hey, Mike. I think CC is doing a great job on getting the upsell estimates on my schedule. However, I feel like this is losing a bunch of customers who were initially just calling in to get their grass cut. CC is creating a mowing estimate and leaving on the side while waiting for me to get to the bush trimming estimate, which could be done that day, but maybe the next with the focus of getting the card on file asap to get that client into the schedule. Is there a way to have CC know I need the moment estimate accepted and when myself or my crew is there, we will get their bush trimming estimate sent over to them? Okay, so if you could submit this, that'd be great. I'm guessing this is Morgan. If you could get this submitted. The reason for this is because there's a couple of reasons why this would should happen. There's some reasons why this should not happen. So it should happen if the customer specifically asks like, hey, could, could. Let's go ahead. Thank you for the mowing estimate. Can I go over it with them when they come here for the bush trimming or when they come here for the mulch install? So sometimes that happens, but if that's not happening, please let us know. You can submit to the on the help desk inside of your connecting chat as a yellow slip or even just reach out to help GustAlongerServices.com or submit a form to Liz right directly from the dashboard of feedback. So either of those three, whichever one you want, go for it. Because they should be accepting the estimate, it should be going on the schedule and they should be setting up the estimate like in person or a drive by for whatever else the upsell is. But sometimes if they're on the phone, the customer will be like, hey, I don't really want to like, I want to go over a couple things when they're here for the other estimate. And so sometimes that's, that's a bit of a loophole. But feel free to submit those if that's happening consistently. Definitely. Because they should be accepting it, putting it on the schedule or like accepting the estimate and then trying to set up the other estimate. That's an upsell separate. So good catch. And if it's happening consistently, we definitely want to know about it. So do please use one of those three ways of getting in touch with them. Again, that just to recap, that is the help desk, which is the Connect Connect team, the yellow slip. If you just want to type it in there and screenshot it, great. You can also just submit a form from the form section and submitting feedback to Command center. Or you could also email help. Gustalongerservices.com either of those three will do it and then be super helpful just to make sure we nail down exactly what's happening there. Kevin Tanis what is our conversion on Google Ads? Mine directs them to the estimate page on my website. Does this mean that they filled out the form on my website? So when you submit the it's a thank you page. So here I'll actually just pull it up. We got time today. Gusta longcare service.com There's a couple different versions of the thank you page and you get to choose this from your dashboard. There's.
Here we go. So this is the one that it defaults to.
So when they hit this URL which is augustalongerservices.com thank that you. When they hit this page that is when it's triggered. And so anytime they submit an instant request form, instant pricing and it drops them here at the very end of it and that tells Google, oh we've got ourselves a conversion. So that's what is it is considering a conversion. If you are giving the Pixel code or the Google tracking code inside of again the back end of the dashboard, you can give your Facebook Pixel your Google tracking code. This is where we're putting it. And anytime it gets hit, you can assume that the customer has gone through the entire estimate request form and they are now completed.
Mr. Anonymous, we are in growth mode but since we are such a new company, everything is based off of our personal debt, which is bad for Us since we have quite a bit of personal debt for my wife being in school. Sorry, give me one second. We are in growth mode but since we are such a new company, everything is based off our personal debt, which is bad for us since we have quite a bit of personal debt with my wife being in school. How do we grow without being able to finance everything? Should we sit in profit mode and try to pay down personal debt? Yeah. So like I think this is much. This comes down to your risk tolerance, right? Like you're going to be being in profit mode for a little bit of time is going to give you a little more breathing room. It's probably going to be better for the relationship assuming that security is something that is valued. And so the more aggressive approach would be saying growth mode. You're just grow, grow, grow. But I don't think that's necessary. So sounds like relatively young. It's like do we need to throttle this and grow super fast or do we take one year, stay in profit mode, don't buy more trucks, don't get more equipment and just simply stay in in profit mode for a year. I think that's going to be a better move from a cons just being conservative and better for the relationship, et cetera. But what I wanted to actually do, that's why I was kind of distracted. There is. I want to ask this question to the AI agent. So see what, see what Mike AI has to say when it comes to this question. So I just copied the question, I put it into AI and let's see what it says here. Okay, so let's read what what Mike AI thinks this is a tough spot, but it's not uncommon for new businesses. Here's the deal. If your personal debt is high and tied to your business is a risk, growth sucks cash and without financing options, you're relying on profits to fund everything that's dangerous if you hit a slow season or unexpected expense. Two options. Option A, sit in profit mode. Focus on maximizing efficiency, raising prices and stacking cash. Use that cash to pay down personal debt aggressively. Once your personal finances are stable, you'll have more flexibility to reinvest in the business without the stress of personal liabilities hanging over you. Option B, if growth is non negotiable, bootstrap. Focus on high margin services, tighten your service area and reinvest profits into the business. Avoid big expenses like trucks or equipment unless absolutely necessary. If it were me, wow. It nailed it. It nailed it. If it were me, I'd lean to option A. Get your Personal finance order first. It's slower but safer. Once you're debt free personally, you can scale the business without the constant pressure of making payments. Does that make sense? Again, it did the right thing. And as default to a more conservative approach. I would also put a master asterisk next to this and be like, if you're not conservative in terms of.
Risk, go for it. Grow. That's fine. So this is the type of thing that this is useful for. So for example, it's like, okay, I want to grow fast.
My spouse, my wife thinks otherwise. What would be a good compromise? Or can I convince her? Okay, let's see what the AI has to say today.
All right. This is tricky because not just about business, it's about your relationship and shared goals. Here's the deal. Your wife, if your wife is hesitant, is likely because the personal debt and financial risk are stressing her out. That's valid, exciting, but it adds pressure, especially when cash is tight. Compromise option. Focus on hitting full capacity with your current resources. Maximize efficiency, raise prices, and stack cash for six to 12 months. Show her you can grow responsibility responsibly without adding more debt or risk. Once you've proven that, revisit the conversation about scaling faster. So that's the kind of the one I went to convincing her. Share the vision. Explain how growth could create financial freedom long term. But also listen to her concerns as she feels heard and sees a clear path, not just ambition. She might be more open to it. Ultimately, you've got to be on the same page. Growth isn't worth it if it creates tension at home. Look at that, folks. Good boy. Good, good boy. Let's go. Oh, I love it. I absolutely love it. Okay, well, if you'd like to use that, it's on the Facebook group. I'll be putting it on the dashboard, probably a couple other spots. I'll make it available via a link I'll probably share on my social. So hopefully it's helpful. But the value there is. Dig in with it, ask it more questions, give it more context, tell it a little bit about what's going on in the businesses, input your profit and loss statement, et cetera. It'll use all the frameworks we talked about, Augusta, the 4L framework, et cetera, to dig in with you. So I'm making this tool available because I know there are people that don't want to share. They don't even want to ask questions. They don't want to talk to coaches. I understand that. I know people have private lives. You'll be able to talk to it and get the exact. Like a pretty good synopsis of what I would be I'd be giving you feedback on. So use it. I think it'll be helpful. And I guess that's all for today. Love you all. And we will see you tomorrow. Take care.
