Good morning, Augusta Nation. Let's go ahead and jump into it. There are some questions that came in. I don't really have any announcements today. I am going to be sending an email, if not today, tomorrow, just kind of formalizing that stick the six week, six step plan for the fence we talked about yesterday. I'll email it out to everyone just so make sure everyone gets it and it'll be kind of like I said yesterday, kind of your way to declare a state of emergency. And then that allows command center to know what's going on in the business. So even this morning we had a meeting with everyone command just so that way when they see in your wiki and they are dispatched for that you're in a state of emergency, that they know how to react, how to deal with customers that are mad because you're not showing up, etc. So we are working on formalizing that. I'll send that out via email. If not today, tomorrow, nothing else really that I have to announce. I'm going to go ahead and jump into questions.
There were several that came in. Boom. All right, this one came in from yesterday during our meeting. So I feel like we're talking about it. I'm feeling very stressed right now as well. My mowers keep breaking down and I don't have the money to buy new ones. And all the shops in my area refused to work on my equipment because I did not buy from them. And this is pretty common. And this is why I'm still a big proponent of buying new from a dealer in terms of mowers. Just because I want to make sure they keep warranty, I want to make sure that they work on my mowers, I want to make sure that I don't buy. A very first mower I bought was a. It was a company that I Man was the name of it.
I think it's called Standard. I forget it was. It was a off brand stand on Mars green and like $3,000. I was like, oh man, I'm getting such a great deal. And zero turns, my first zero turn ever, I paid like three grand for it and literally I could not get anyone to fix it. Everything had to come directly from the manufacturer and it would take weeks to get like a tiny little thing. So, you know, after that I just realized, look, I'm going to buy new, I'm going to buy it from a dealer because if I buy it used from manufacturer that no one knows about, I can't get parts, I can't get it fixed and some of them won't even work on it at all. I won't even try to get like filters or anything for it. So.
Yeah.
Val Thomas wanted to see if, if we have or can create an infographic that shows the potential growth pattern and potential when working Augusta to use as a sales tool for recruiting new field talent. Something to visually paint the picture and can be in the handbook and or posted on the wall in the shop. This is a good idea. I will put some thought into this. Part of it is you don't want to over promise on a marketing ad or a hiring ad, I should say, and make it look like this is going to happen. But I can definitely put it where it's like these are the opportunities that are, are available and possible and give timelines like in terms like the 3F program in terms of managers or things like that. I could, I could put something together. So let me make a note for this and I'll circle back with this on next week. I just want to make sure it needs to be applicable to everybody because like if you're a solo operator and you're hiring one person or your first employee, like that document theoretically will look very different than someone that has 15, 20 employees. And it's already a very clear step by step process to move up in the organization. So let me put some thought into that and next week I will circle back on that.
Does command center handle all the paperwork for hiring an employee or can I send them the paperwork for application, tax forms, handbook, etc. Only for growth models. And then you can do the form on the dashboard that has submission of a new hire. You fill out the form and then yes, the answer that all of that is yes. They'll make sure that the tax forms are filled out correctly, the payroll stuff is filled out correctly and make sure that they're set up inside of your service, autopilot, etc. So make sure the handbook is signed. Yeah, all that will be handled. But that is for growth models only. And you have to be set up obviously for things like payroll and things like that. Can I open a franchise in the Metaverse? Lol. Just kidding. Joke of the day. Let's go. Yeah, the Metaverse where we have Augusta long hair mowing virtual lawns. So cool. I think that's all I got. I didn't have any other questions come in. I know it's a short one today, but yeah, feel free as always. Fill out that form if you would like me to address another question tomorrow. And stay strong. Finish the week here. Last couple days, and I hope you're all doing well. Take care.
