Oh, look at that. We're live. Okay.
Boom. All right, let's jump right in. Sorry, I'm all decked out. I was out doing stuff and then knocked this out and then head back and pick up the truck. I was getting its brakes done. So that's what I've been up to. Had a great little fun time at the dump today. It was just horrible. But anyways. All right, let's jump in. I think there's a couple questions that came in. Let me check again.
All right.
First one, Devin from Red Deer. Mikey, I have a situation. I found a really good storage unit for rent. All in 670amonth for a 10 by 20 unit. Two parking stalls and a small office space. Also, we can put a dumpster on site too. I'm currently running out of my parents garage and it's getting quite full. I have one truck pretty maxed out. I'm planning on getting a second in four to six weeks. 100 for snow removal season. Should I do it? I'm making about 30k a month now. I need the space anyway and office to build the business.
I would say if you have one truck and you're doing almost 30,000amonth and your second truck, you know you're going to mostly use for snow season, which would definitely help during the winter and help with the overhead of covering this overhead. I'd give you the green light. 670 is a little bit steep.
But no more than most anywhere else right now, honestly. So yeah, yeah, I'd go for it. Especially if you're continuing to grow. I know you're joining Augusta in July, so you know, it's not like you're gonna stop growing anytime soon. So you're gonna have to eventually leave the garage. And as you get employees, you're gonna need to have a more solidified space too. Vlad from Winter Garden. When will Poly AI be able to do follow up calls for us? I honestly think that's a long ways off, to be perfectly honest. Because what AI is not good at doing is, is prompting the other person. What it's good at is taking. Taking inputs. So customer calls in, it says, hey, what can I help you with today? And then it's listening. That's what it's good at. What it's not very good at is.
Leading a conversation. It's good at in taking inputs, but not very good outputs. I think it'll change towards the end of next year though.
When it can become better at this. And once we've trained it a lot like every Single call with the thing about AI, if it's done correct with the technology is it's learning on every single call. So like when we start rolling this out in July for after hours stuff and I'm even this evening I'm doing a. I think it's at 6 o', clock, 6 o' clock I'm doing a. We're starting the UAT stuff on my account. So we'll start testing more actually live. But then in July as we start rolling that out in, in stage one it is really just after hours calls and then stage two is down the road is going to be it takes all incoming calls and whatever it can't answer and figure out, then it hands off to a live agent and then down the road this might be in the cards, but this would be even after we figure out things like taking payment information and all the rest of it. So yeah it's. It's a ways off because AI is really still not good at prompting, it's good at receiving prompts. So I would say we are at least a year and a half away before us doing follow up calls. But the goal is that by it taking a lot of the lead input, things like that, that then command center is able to spend more time on sales training, training on scripts for follow up calls, objections, overcoming those things etc. So that's really the main objective.
All right, well that's all I got for today for questions. So yeah, feel free to put more in there if you have any and otherwise make sure you sign up for next. Not this coming or this coming weekend's session in Memphis. You'd be last minute. I saw Nick said and just sneaked in there from the old up north coming across the border for the first time since joining the franchise. I. He never came. Well, you came to training actually Nick, you came to training all right, you get a pass. Never mind you came for training. Since then you haven't been able to cross. So looking forward to it. And even though I will not be there in person, you'll see everyone together is pretty awesome. So enjoy your guys self as you are traveling out there the next couple days and I'll still here be here doing the mastermind, you know, in my hat in between dump runs and fixing the trap. Let's go. All right guys, have a great day and we'll see you tomorrow.
