And we're live. Welcome everybody. Hope you're having a fantastic Friday. I am making this from home today. We have a media team off site so just doing engineering meetings and then we'll be doing that today.
We're kind of like bringing a lot of the companies more together, kind of Preparing for the 10 year plan of going public. So I underestimated the amount of operational and organizational drag that happens when you combine teams. So that's what we're working through it now. But yeah, media team is what I'm focused on today. They've made some really cool stuff for us. Next week I'll be giving out to Augusta Nation.
So yeah, a couple announcements again. Last night I sent out an email to everyone with the most recent updates, one of which is putting your name forward for the fac. That'll be required this weekend. So after this weekend I'm going to turn it into the voting next week. But right now if you want to submit your name for FAC Franchise Advisory Council, that is on the Facebook group. It's also in your email. Just click on the Link. Next announcement. Tuesday, July 16th is the Roundtable. It's on Zoom In. The email is a link to join on Tuesday the 16th and again just as a reminder, that's going to be at.
4Pm Pacific Standard Time, 7pm Eastern Standard Time and I will send out emails and text messages as a reminder. On Tuesday we had our first executive model join a Gusta Nation. That's pretty cool. I'm thinking in a few weeks we'll have having a second executive model joining. So that's where they have they start with six locations. So that's pretty exciting. The one that just joined is an investor type. It's going to be starting the six locations over the course of a year and probably will be coming to training. I'm thinking in January, February. But that's pretty cool and I think we'll have at least one or two more coming up here pretty soon.
If you didn't see it yesterday on Copilot, now you do multi day select on the dispatch board. It'll automatically default to coloring by day. So if you are looking to try to be able to look at your schedule and see the different selections of days on the map, you can choose the colors too. Just click on the button on the left, choose the color you want to be able to see your entire dispatch board based upon the day colored. The one thing that we still have to do on the dispatch board is the set route where you can right and left Click to be able to set your route on the map instead of having to renumber things so that one's the next thing that's on their docket.

This is from Marcus from Alamo Ranch. Hello. First things, congrats on the book. I listened to the podcast version and it was great. I'll be listening to it over and over for a while. Question, can extensions be added to the Copilot calendar or is that in the works? I use Google Calendar for all my productivity tasks and events. Having both calendars working together would be amazing. Have a great day. Yeah. So the way to do this would be Zapier. You can do this through Zapier.
But you do need to use after. Like it's not going to do a direct integration. But if you use Zapier, you can connect your Google Calendar. So that way either. I think it goes. I think it goes. Anything on Copilot would show up in your Google Calendar. So that way if you're like, hey, I have like, you know, my family calendar on this email. I have my.
You know, gym calendar on this one and I want my work one to be on one calendar. Just use calendly. And then it would take all your to dos, scheduled to DOS and your scheduled events from COPA and put it on your Google Calendar. But you will have to use.
