Hello, August nation. Let's go ahead and get started. You're going to get the text message after I started because I had to jump right into this call.
All right, a couple quick announcements.
I sent everyone email last night with details for Jason Murphy's event out in Kentucky for Christmas lights. To my knowledge, there's more than probably 70 people showing up, so please get the email. You know, save him a lot of answering every single person's question about addresses and when do we start and where do we show up and itinerary. It's a two day event, so it's a lot of lot of work that goes in the back end to create an event of that size. It's Jason's first one that he's doing, so please read the email if you have questions. He has his text message, his number on there to text. But keep in mind he's a also an owner and trying to run his businesses. So please read the email, please get the addresses from there and the itinerary from there. It'll save him a lot of time and then he might want to do it again in the future. So that'd be disrespectful given that he's doing this for everyone and I really, really, really do appreciate it. Second thing, I put on the Facebook group examples of the videos that I had mentioned the other day for recruiting for when to get people to show up to interviews and then before they show up to their first day of work interview. Improving the show rate for both of those events I think is possible using the videos.
So this is something I've done internally for our teams too, both for high level talent and entry level. Have created separate videos for each type of scenario and I highly recommend. Okay, let's go ahead and jump in two questions. Today's gonna be a little short. It looks like there's only two questions, but.
All right, here we go. First one is from Joel from Lafayette. Would it be possible to get a snow removal instant quote form option for our websites with small, medium large driveway options similar to mowing attach photo for reference?
Yes. The short answer to this is yes. Oh, yeah. The one I have is almost exactly like this. We might be screenshot this from the same place. Um, so the short answer to this is yes. Um, it'll be the focus in 2025. So I have the five tracks for winter. I'm focusing 95% of my energy on Christmas lights right now. Um, and over the next three years, I'll be attacking these more and more. Like next year's me. Mostly snow and winter services. I have a little bit of winter stuff we're working on right now the next few weeks in terms of sales, having different strategies and turn it door to door, email, text, follow up phone calls, et cetera. And there'll be tracks for all of those for winter services. But next year snow is on the agenda. So I already have this. Literally. I have a screenshot, probably the exact same one attached in my folder, ready to go. So there's an infinite number of instant price forms that we can create. It's a matter of which one's going to give us the most bang for our buck. And.
If I can look at across all of Augusta Nation, if we can fix Q4 collapse, it's the most the highest value for anything that we do. And so that's why Christmas sites is my focus now. I have in 2025, Joel, this will be happening instant price forms for snow. Basically if the person selects snow.
They could then immediately get into that instant pricing for snow services. Sorry.
Excuse me. But yes, this is going to happen and there's just a lot more locations that do Christmas lights compared to snow. So that's why I've prioritized the Christmas lights and I will definitely be doing this next next year. Already in the works. Next question. Kevin from South Haven, Mississippi, having trouble finding the Christmas light estimate template for sending Christmas light estimates. Where is it? Is this something that CC can set up for me and show and showing me and sending a video how to make this work? And when we send a Christmas light Christmas lights estimate from Copilot CRM. So I just actually had message Command center about this. We have the templates and the graphics and the pictures for Christmas lights all in a folder inside of the dashboard. And most people have been creating their own. What we're going to do is we're going to create one for you and then you can just, if you want to, you can go into the Copilot Marketplace and download it. So it's into your in your file. Basically all you'll do then is when you're sending out the email, instead of using the usual estimate email, you do estimate email probably in parentheses Christmas lights or however you want to name it. But that's probably how it'll come down from the marketplace. So Command center will be working on this over the next week or two. We'll get it up and I'll let you all know that the download code. But. But again you could literally just take what's currently there, take out the Graphic on top. In terms of the part that says Augusta Lawn Care and switch it out for the graphics that are in the.
The dashboard, there's like five different options. You could do the. In the. There's an estimate one, there's an invoice one, there is.
Email signatures and then they just regular graphics and logos all in that folder and so. But if you don't want to actually create the template in Copilot, we're going to do that for you. And then you'll be able to just put in the code, in this download code and be able to get that out of the marketplace. It'll show up in your account right away. But most people have already been creating them themselves. That way you can kind of customize however you want. But we will get the original template done for you because it's a little easier. Just create that, get that off your plate.
Cool. Today was short Mercy. There's quite a few people live, so feel free if you want to jump in the comments real quick. I can happy to answer any questions you might have.
But that's all for the day. In terms of questions that came in the form. Boom. I know there was a few questions I saw in the Facebook group that about Christmas lights and I think a lot of those questions will be answered at the training. So very good. Like if you're. If you've never done Christmas lights before, getting on a roof and actually doing them a few times and like plugging in the lights and wiring up a few lights is like the best way to learn. So really do appreciate Jason for stepping up and being willing to allow everyone to come out to his shop. So again, check your email. The itinerary is in there, the address for everything, please, if you have not let Jason know you're going to come, please let him know prior so they have a good count. There's food involved, etc. So please make sure just to accommodate and.
Be respectful there.
Cool. All right, well, I'm gonna go and close it out. Hop onto my next call.
That's all I have for today. All right, guys. Love you all. Take care.
