Ladies and gentlemen, let's get this party started. Happy Wednesday. Let's go ahead and roll. New owner training has begun yesterday. We have several new owners coming back from multiple locations etc but and their GMs. But overall it's new owner training. So really excited to have a lot of people there. We have some gms that came in for their owners that are taking over their locations. That that's exciting. So congrats to those that are moving on to the next stage of growth. Let me move copy this in here. All right.
Destination.
Bam. Bam. Okay.
I don't know why they have this new thing in here. I have to share this. Then I have to come back back to this page because it never shares it. Like I said, then I gotta add to stage. Okay, first question is from Tim Mount Vernon. It would be nice to have some collaboration around a solid email for sending out to customers about fall and winter cleanup services. I don't know how to do this best. I was thinking to attach a video like I did in spring to go along with my email. Is this a good idea? Yes, I think that's a good idea. In general it would be cool to have a committee or advisory council have input into a variety of solid one clicks such as wording, catchy phrases and more assortment of pictures. I know every one click. I try to brainstorm ideas such as a title phrase offers. Would be cool to have some really well worded and assortment to choose from. So you do have this. There is a whole department for one click estimate emails at Command center. And so I think they actually have 2024's schedule coming up. So they'll probably be. I'll probably announce that here pretty soon. But if you haven't already, Command center can schedule them all out for you. And then that department reaches out to you and says hey, do you want to send this one out? But they're already, you know, well crafted in terms of design. We have a variety of like more wordy ones with more graphical ones. So reach out to Command center. They can do this. They already have these emails. I would also say if you're trying to do a fall Winter Cleanup Services 1, this is what I would recommend doing. And I know they have the fancy ones from Command center. They have some more just wordy like text ones I think this would crush. And that is an email that is more just words like two or three sentences and then asking them to to watch the video that's attached with a one click estimate email for pitching one to surfaces. This is what I Would do in the text. It'd be something along the lines of, hey, Mr. Jones. Thought about the other day, wanted to see if we could figure out a way to keep you, your property, looking good throughout the holiday season for a much lower price. Watch this video I made for you below. And if you want to get the estimate, click this link. So that would be the text. The video would be no longer than 120 seconds. So two minutes. I would record it in and compress it down to less than 10 megabytes. So you can get compression app. You can also just send it to yourself through Google Gmail and it will compress it for you, and it'll come. Compress usually to 5 to 6 megs. And then I would attach that to the email as an attachment, and I think that would crush.
And in that. In that video, I would. Again, you're really just. The whole call to action is click on the link. So my pitch would be, no. We've always tried to do mowing. And then we come to people's property in the spring, we have to give them a big cleanup or have to do a big, you know, there's a windstorm, we have to do a $800,000 cleanup. We made a new way where we can keep your property looking good all summer, all. All winter long, throughout the holidays. Thanksgiving's coming up. We got Christmas coming up. We're gonna make it look good all the time. And whether you're at your property or a secondary house during the winter, we're gonna make sure the property is looking good, making sure there's no broke windows. We're gonna check the gutters, all these sort of things that we do for you. And guess what? It's literally gonna cost the same exact amount as if you were gonna mow grass. It's way cheaper than getting a fall cleanup and then a spring cleanup. And guess what? That three, four months in between your property looks. But looks really bad. So we can make sure that doesn't happen. And if there's a big windstorm, we'll just chip away at it over the next couple of visits to make sure it's looking good over the. Over the. The winter. So I think something like that, no longer than 120 seconds would crash. That would be my pitch if I was trying to sell winter services. And I think that now and then maybe like right after Thanksgiving, like around the. You know, that same pitch being more maybe graphically, like, with pictures and things could be done. So reach out to command center. They can give you more graphical ones if you want, but in my opinion, that's what I would say.
