This is a short YouTube transcript showing morning routines at Augusta Lawn Care Services. Good morning, everybody. I'm Brad, project manager here at Augusta. Just getting ready, getting set and ready to go for the day. Yeah, got some arborvitaes today, so nothing too special. Grab a couple of shovels, dig some holes, throw some garden blend in there, and yeah, you'll be able to have some nice arborvitaes by the end of the day as well.
Hi, my name's Nick. A typical morning for me here at Augusta. I walk in, greet people at the office, look at my job notes for every job that I'm going to go to, make sure I have all the proper equipment. Equipment. And then I'll usually get stuff loaded up. And then a couple times a week or just whenever necessary, I'll run through maybe after work once all the tools are back, and I'll go through and reorganize everything just to make sure everything flows nice and efficient.
Hey, guys, my name is Will. Just give you guys a little show down. What I do in the mornings, first thing I do is I come back here, I check the trailer to make sure it's hooked up.
Connected.
Making sure everything's good. You never know. Double get good eyes on it, make sure our load is good, tires are still pumped up, and yeah, that's about it.
Hi, I'm Kira. And usually my typical morning is I'll basically just show up. I come to my truck, lock it and everything, and I make sure that everything is full and then have all the gas that I need. I go get my mower and I strap it up, make it secure, and then I'll go get some buckets and basically head out on my way to my route.
My name is Austin Kahn, and right now I'm filling up our track load right now with diesel. They usually keep only one can on site. Instead of always having to go back and forth to the gas station and fill it up every single time. Saves us a lot of time and effort on having to go do that. How's it going?
I'm Lee.
I'm the estimator here at Augusta. And typical morning here looks like getting the crews out on time, making sure they're all set up for their jobs. Hopping in my little car here and.
Going and doing estimates for the day.
Good morning. I'm Liz. I'm the operations manager for Augusta Lawn Care Services. And in the morning when I arrive, I have a look at my calendar. I get my dispatch board up and going for the day. And this is our schedule for today. And we have a board that has all the trucks assigned to what employees I have a printout of that here. They come in, they ask questions about their different jobs, maybe supplies they need, orders I've placed for them to pick up trees and product today. And then they all roll out and I have my assistant, Brandon, here, and I start responding to emails and different requests that he's had the customers call in this morning and ask of me. And then we just start taking care of the customers and the team and the crew. And throughout the day, the crew will be communicating with me through WhatsApp, and I'll be helping them with all their MO's and their projects. Sam.
