NEW OFFICE TOUR! + DAY IN CANADA

Vlog-style YouTube video by Mike Andes with Brianna documenting a day that includes a fit check, a trip to Vancouver to taste-test items from a keto bakery, a Thrive Market haul, birthday planning and surprises for Mike’s 30th, and a tour/announcement of a new Command Center office building. The hosts rate keto bakery items, describe product packaging and shipping issues, reveal that Mike signed a four-year lease for a new headquarters near I-5 in Ferndale, and outline a December move timeline: media team early December and Command Center mid-December (target Dec 1 access).

Hello.
Hey, you.
You camera me.
Did you ask the paparazzi?
Did you ask?
Do you?
Do you? I do not consent. I do not consent.
Hi, welcome.
Welcome to my can break Wild.
Throwing things away like a man.
Else we got kind of stupid that the stories would tell different than I've.
Ever felt and I know we've got.
Our home that's not very nice.
We're doing it live.
Test fit check, Lululemon.
I just learned what a fit check was.
I just had to explain to him what a fit check was in the car. Shirt is from Amazon. Skirt is from the Main Street Exchange. Shoes are from Amazon. Oops. I almost got ran over. A wall of water bottle, laptop case and laptop from Michael. I got his. Hand me down your transfer.
Oh, what? Fit check?
Yep. Tell them where you got your clothes.
Well, I got my shoes three or four years ago. They still look great because I take very good care of my shoes until.
They wear he does.
And then I got Lululemon. I got these five years ago. They're my first pair of Lululemon. And then last year, when I got married or when I started dating Brianna, I needed to get nicer shirts. I got all Lululemon shirts. And then I got my MacBook, which, so that I could give Brandon my old MacBook, because Ben is amazing. And then I got my Diesel watch, which I had one for, like, seven or eight years, and then someone came and stole it from my apartment.
True news.
And then this is a $50 band from Amazon.
I have the same one.
Yeah, we watch Buddies.
Yep.
And then I got my iPods. And that's it.
That concludes the fit check. All right, back to your regularly scheduled program.
Upstair.
Good morning, everybody. We are on our way to the office together. I think it's the first time we've ever actually traveled. I think so. We don't usually go to work together at the same time because Michael leaves a lot earlier than I do. But we are gonna head up to Canada. Today is Labor Day, so we're gonna have, like, a little half day and then head up to Canada after. Since work is kind of like the halfway point for us up there today, I'm going to be finalizing some more details for the trip that is coming up in just a couple weeks. Very exciting things. What is on your docket for today?
The docket?
Yes.
I have a meeting.
Yep.
About secret things.
It's a secret.
A podcast.
Wait, really? Oh, with Lee?
No, he's my.
Live stream for copilot members Livestream for a Mastermind for augustination.
And then work on the book.
That's right. He's been crushing it on the book recently. So whenever it comes out, y' all better buy it.
I'm joking.
I'm joking.
Okay, let's go get some work done.
Team meeting. Just first off, I want to call Joshua. Only one who wasn't going to show up today on a holiday, was he?
Thailand or something?
The biggest thing on our docket right now is playing this turnaround trip. So we're meeting for the iterating meeting. Reagan for Ian.
I don't care about that. Like, that is this introductory offer, like table sticks to get inside the door so I can sell.
We found this keto bakery in Vancouver, which is where we are, by the way. And they have so many options, you guys, we ordered so much. And being that today's library, they had to buy one for younger tiramisu. So you already know that. We got two tiramisu.
Tiramisu cookie, brownie, Twix, chocolate cheesecake. And then I think this is like a caramel chocolate cake. I'm so excited. What should we try first? Twix. Okay. So it's so unique. I'm so excited. We have to rate it based on whether or not it actually tastes like a Twix. I get first bite.
Definitely almond flour.
That's really good.
Approved.
We need to try cake. I would rate The Twix a 7 1/2 out of 10.
Agreed.
It's grainy.
Hey, you can feel. You can taste the granularity. Plain. Plain chocolate.
I agree. I agree.
Okay, six out of ten.
Six out of ten for both of us on tokes is more unique.
Yeah.
There's one little chocolate chip. That's cute. This is a chocolate cheesecake, I believe.
Taste and texture, very good. It's the granular you can taste, though. I don't like that.
Really? Yeah. I don't mind it. Like, it doesn't throw off the taste. It's just. Yeah.
Texture is the tiramisu.
Taylor's suit that we got two of.
Yeah, because buy one, get one free. I haven't had tiramisu in ages.
How would they make a keto tiramisu? He inhaled the cocoa. A little bland.
Five and a half.
Agreed.
Now this one, this is a make or break situation.
Michael is a keto cookie connoisseur.
Also, you have to keep in mind, when you have the same sweetener, as you progress through, you get less and less taste.
You're right.
We should have gotten Water, Good consistency. Very much like a Quest cooking. Which if you know what I'm talking about, you know, if you know which. I'm not a huge fan of it.
I hate quest, but these are actually good. It tastes good.
Why don't you like Quest Cu?
They make me feel horrible after. I think it's the whey protein.
6 out of 10 so far, the Twix has been the best. Also, you have the microphone upside down.
This is the brownie. Oh, it has. Does it have nuts or no? Chocolate chips. Yeah.
That's really good. It's very rich.
Very rich.
Yeah, I like that. Oh, that's good. That was a little bit of milk. That would be good.
They have a matcha cheesecake too. Sounds very strange. They have mango and carrot cake. They have a bunch of other ones.
I love the fact they have. They have a menu. Keto, Keto, Keto, New York steak.
I know, I saw that.
Throw the word on there and it'll be better. Exactly.
I think overall our favorite is the brownie and the Twix.
Well, now we're gonna decide. You guys decide. You have to choose one or the other.
It's just good. It's like very sweet. My vote is on the Twix. It's the winner. Winner, winner, chicken dinner. Despite our bite marks. Look at the. Look at the layers, guys.
That brownie is probably the most, like, long term.
If we had milk, I think the brownie would be the best.
Okay. This one, you would date it. This one, you would marry it. You know what I'm saying?
One night stand.
Like, this is the hot girl on the block. This is the girl you want to marry forever.
This is the girl that would treat your kids right.
That's right.
Right.
Probably buy a minivan.
Okay.
That's like the. The Honda Odyssey. This is like the Ferrari.
Nice to look at, not nice to be around.
Kind of nice to look at, fun to drive.
Right?
But this one's like the, you know, everyday driver, you know what I'm saying?
Okay. Gives you any indication what these tastes like.
Now you know how we get bakery, women and cars. Just smash them all together.
Great, great trio.
Okay, now the worst one.
The cookie.
Either the cookie or the tiramisu. We gotta revisit the tiramisu. There's a reason why this one was the buy one, get one free. They're trying to get rid of it. Taste the rum. So it's good.
I got that big brain. No, no, I'm good. Yeah, I got that rum feel like that rum no, don't like it.
Yeah. Not. Not very big on it.
No, that one's definitely the worst.
Yeah, I agree.
I give that little whisk marks and then I'd give the chocolate cake second runner. Runner up to the lowest.
Agreed. Chocolate cake was a little dry.
Then the cookie, then the cheesecake brownie. Then. Well, no, the trix bar. That's a Ferrari. Okay, the one night situation. Then we get our long term daily.
Driver, long term lover.
That's the brownie.
Okay, there you have it, folks.
If you ever come here, you get to choose. Do you want the long term driver or the short term Ferrari Keto Caveman.
Bakery here in Vancouver. Let's go.
Sam.
Folks, I am so sorry.
I am going to switch this in this because this is the revival.
Okay? Yeah, gotcha. Thank you, folks. Look at this. This is insane. Amazing.
Butcher board.
Butcherboard look.
So is it. This is the situation. It was fantastic. Amazing. We had New York strip, good. Filet mign better. The ribeye was definitely the best. It was so good hollandaise sauce. Even the sauces were the same way. Like this one. Peppercorn, something hollandaise something chimichurri. Best chimichurri we've ever had.
Not too much oil, just goodness. We don't have mashed potatoes. Sorry for the non carnivore, folks. It was amazing. 10 out of 10. Highly recommendations.
I'm so excited right now. One thing he wanted so badly for his birthday was an iPad. And everyone at Command center pitched it and got it for him. As he mentioned in a previous vlog, he wanted to surprise everyone else. Like whenever he gets the iPad, he's going to tell them, by the way, we're moving Command center to a new building. So today it got finalized and we're good to go. So he can actually announce that to them that we will be moving Command Center.
Okay. Liz's house.
So this Saturday is the 6th. His birthday is a week later on the 13th, but we're gonna be doing our spartan and then the next day going on that 10 day turnaround trip. So I wanted to celebrate him early so we could just have our time together and it not be like rushed. So Saturday, guys, you're the only ones besides my mom and one of our friends that know this, but I'm surprising him with like. So one of our good friends, her name is Charity. She's an excellent, excellent chef and Mike loves her cooking and she's really familiar with our dietary restrictions like carnivore and keto. So I rented an Airbnb and it's really cute. It's only like 15 minutes away from here. And I'm gonna surprise him by taking him there and she'll already be there with like basically a private chef meal because Mike loves food. Of course that's the way to his heart. So he'll really enjoy. And then we get to spend the night at the Airbnb and whatnot. But I just got off the phone with a local airline and I scheduled a one hour long private plane ride like just on a charter jet to take around the San Juan Islands, which are kind of nearby. I'm so excited. I just want to make this, you know, the best birthday he's ever had. He's turning 30, so. And it's like the first birthday of his that we've been able to spend together in person. Last year didn't I wasn't with him in person on his birthday because I was moving here four days later. So we just celebrated later. But this time I want to make it special and I want to make it memorable. So that's the plan. Let's go pick up his iPad.
Okay.
Coming into Liz's house, I feel like I'm breaking in, but with permission. She said it's on the coffee table.
So. Aha. Got it. Got the iPad and the pencil. He is going to absolutely love this thing. He already knows he's getting it right but he has been looking at videos on all the features it has and it's like the coolest thing ever. So he is going to love this.
He's so excited. Excited.
Can you come into the center of the room please? So all the franchisees and all of us have a gift that we'd like to give you for your 30th birthday.
Let's go.
I will use this today.
I want to say thank you for everyone. I also have something on my own.
Cuz I kind of knew about today.
Liz kind of gave you a little heads up and so my surprise and we are.
As of today, as of literally a couple hours ago I signed and we are moving to a facility right off the of high five in Ferndale. So it's about only about five minutes from here but it's further south which most of us live towards Bellingham. Relatively new building. We're going to lease it. It's four year lease so it was plenty of time moving to the new headquarter building and you can have started a second building at the property, one just for command center. So I know we have a lot of new Team members joining even next spring at command center. This facility is already overrun. Adding another 15 or 20 people would just be chaos. And so I'm working on all the details. I will send the link in the chat so you can see the pictures of what it looks like. It's brand new. There's two bathrooms that have like multiple stalls. I just wanted to thank you. The last couple years here, I know that's not been ideal, so that will be a lot of fun. So December 1st, the plan is right now you will have access co pilot and the media team will move over first. The first couple weeks of December and then mid December is when Command center will move over because we have the kind of rush of Christmas lights that happen that first week of December. And so big thank you to all of you. Thank you for this. I'll try to make good use of it, but I appreciate you all.
Folks. We just got back from church and we have a Thrive Market haul. Now, this is my first time ordering from Thrive Market, so they got me with all the discounts. You know, I probably got things that we don't even need and we might not ever use, but it was cheaper than normal price and I'm a sucker for sales. What are you doing? Let's open up this bad boy and see what we got. I honestly kind of forgot what. I hope that looks cool. Michael's moving the camera around everywhere. Let's see what we got. I forgot I got these. These are jalapeno.
It's a jalapeno.
Pork rinds.
Wow.
Very cool. Very cool. We have air like cheese things. 16 grams of protein per pack. It's gouda cheese, cheesy, crunchy bites. And there's two.
Oh.
I've learned about Thrive Market that there is a minimum of things that you can purchase. So you'll see what I mean. I only wanted one of these, but they're like, no, you need two. So we have two good. I have some classic beef jerkies, organic cocoa powder, egg white vermicelli noodles. I'm so excited to try this. It's literally just water egg whites and contains less 1% of sodium alginate. I don't know what that is. Probably not good for you, but it's less than 1% of it, so it's got to be okay. It's 45 calories for that whole pouch. I don't care about that. What's in here? What did I get? I don't remember what I got. It's glass. Oh, I got truffle salt. I'm so excited to try truffle salt. I've heard good things about black truffle salt. And we like salt. Look, come over here. This is our salt collection. We have four, five different kinds of salt. And so now we have six. Perfect. I don't know what this is either.
Let's see. Oh, ghee. This is one of the free things they threw in there. I'm a sucker for free things. Okay. And we like ghee. We use ghee. It's carnivore. So very good. It was free mouthwash. This was like three bucks. So I was like, you know what? Why not?
It's in natural.
It says so. And then this was free. A cookbook.
Oh, no.
We probably can't even have all things in here because we're.
We have an iPad.
True, but it was free. This was also free almond butter.
Whoa. Okay, now we're talking.
Yeah. My. This is right at Michael's.
Oh, man. That's gonna add so much to my waistline.
It's literally just almonds. There's no added sugar. So that's fantastic.
So good.
And then this was also heavily distributed. Counted all purpose cleaner.
Lemon scented. I love lemon scented things. So going back to what I said about the minimum amounts of things you're able to buy, I wanted one bag of Lily's chocolate chips, and I got three.
Hey, not a bad thing.
We're not complaining. You know what else? I wanted one of one Lily's chocolate bar, and we got six. So life is hard. Yeah, we're set for a while. And that's all. All of this was about 80 bucks. Really? It originally would have been like 150, I think.
So are we gonna stick with Thrive, you think? Or are we gonna test every.
That's how they get you, you know, your first order is heavily discounted. The other ones I don't think is the case. So we'll see. I got the subscription where you can cancel anytime. Oh, yeah. So I was like, you know what? Worst case scenario, I just take advantage of the first order and then cancel after that. Yeah. Taking advantage. We'll see. It's only 60 bucks for the whole year, so five bucks a month. Hey, that's the Thrive market haul. Thanks for watching. I'd like to explain what we are out here doing. Hanging Christmas lights at 8:45am yeah. We are at the office about to film some ads.
The franchise.
Yep. And Christmas lights.
And Tash.
Check out his jersey. Everybody fit shack number two of the video. Love it. Love it.
Ready.
Horizontal ad.
3, 2, 1.
That's right. You get your initial franchise fee back when you join Augusta Long here, different than any other franchisor. At the end of your term, you get your neutral franchise fee back to you. What I said last time was so much better.
I know.
I forget what I said. I didn't forget what I said.
I. Watch it.
Okay, here we go.
Now vertical.
Okay. As I explained in a previous clip, I am celebrating Mike's birthday. Are you breaking my coffee machine? Well, this was my first present to Michael that he already knew about. It's like another sauna attachment.
Yeah, cuz this thing only got to 140° and nobody got time for that.
So he's installing that right now.
I don't know.
Installing is the word, Vanna. Don't we need to get rocks for it eventually? Okay, but it works without them.
I think it'll work without it.
We just got back from the gym and in the mail room was waiting his second present that he does not know about. He's opening his present. Merry Christmas.
It's some sort of kid cake trying to get roasted on my crowd. I can't think this.
I'm a little bit concerned.
Pumpkin pie, mini pie Santa.
Oh, what a cheat. I thought they're supposed to put the receipt on there.
Five packages of keto chocolate chip. Five packages of keto p. Peanut butter chocolate.
Don't read that. Just open the ch.
Pumpkin. My goodness.
He guessed in the sweets earlier and it's not cinnamon sweets, but it is like a different brand. That's similar.
Oh, it's a box, man.
It's a box. That's pretty sweet packaging, actually.
Honestly, for the price, it's not bad.
Oh, you saw the price on there too brutal.
I think it's pretty good. I would have expected a lot more than that. Wow. Cookies. Oh my goodness.
Wow.
Oh my goodness.
So there's like peanut butter chocolate bars, Chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter chocolate ch.
173 calories.
Very specific.
119 calories.
That's not bad at all for a cookie that big.
This is dessert and we haven't even had dinner yet.
I know the weight of Michael's heart is through food, so that's actually so cool.
Very cool.
Like all the nutrition facts and the ingredients on the back of these. Usually independent places like this don't have really good packaging. I'm very impressed. Oh, this one's pretty. It's a cake slice. Well, it was pretty. Never mind. It's one of the cakes. Oh, that stinks. It died.
Well, I think the ice is like a little bit not good.
Oh, guys, the packaging is not good. The cookies are fine, but the cakes didn't make it as well. Gotta take a little intermission because the sauce started to smoke the salmon catchment.
I think there's plastic in there.
Yeah, probably plastic or dust that was not cleaned or Styrofoam.
The good news is it got hot in like a couple minutes.
Oh, it smells like. You know, you'll know. This is a very niche thing to compare it to, but at least the southern people will get this. Those bug zappers. When you zap a bug and you smell the mosquito guts, the burnt mosquito guts, that's what it smells like in here. Michael was gonna taste test the crumbled cookie. It's not like a gold platter. That's so cool.
Yeah, except it's all broken, so it's not really.
Yeah. We put the cakes in the fridge because they did not do very good. But the cookies in the bar seem like they're fine.
It looks very almond, floury, very scone. Like really? That's what it looks like. That is really good. I would give that like a seven. Seven, five.
It's cool.
I like it.
It's lighter.
Okay, we have peanut butter chocolate bar, which I got a pack of five. Michael likes chocolate and he likes peanut butter pecan caramel bar.
A normal chocolate chip cookie. Peanut butter chocolate chip cookie.
Can't just be dinner.
Honestly, I'd be dumb. Caramel peanut bar cookies.
A cookie monster.
Happy birthday, baby. Clean keto with a kid. Very good. This is Brianna in the editing studio coming at you to tell you that we can finally show you the new command center office building. So the next clip is the tour of that.
Okay, so this is a new headquarter building.
Perhaps. What? Perhaps?
Yeah, perhaps. We gotta, we gotta negotiate. Set up already. There's upstairs where the media could go, but all the cubicles are in here. So we'd probably have to buy them because they're probably not going to get rid of them. So you can see there's tons of space. Current tenant doesn't use it very much. Biggest challenge will be the conference room.
Because this thing is not very big for training. For training.
So we have to do probably table, table, table, table. Maybe one more set. So if you have four people, you have 20 people sitting down on tables. We, we would probably have to buy thinner tables.
Exact. That's what I was thinking. Cuz you can't do the white, the normal white ones that you'll have. No.
You know, this is a feature. Just saying. Just saying. Look at this whiteboard.
That's pretty sweet.
And a tv.
Yeah. We probably. I don't know if we would use this. I think we'd have to use this. But otherwise we would put a projector and put the big screen here.
This is the only limiting factor. We need that to have like at least 30 people.
More private offices.
Some of these both.
Yeah.
Some of these could be storage for.
All our current dividers, maybe even meeting rooms. That's cool. They have whiteboards, like, on the side.
And then this would be copilot.
Right.
But I also don't want a whole bunch of dividers. Like, I'd probably take all these dividers out. Just put co pilot along here and then have this more like an open area. Totally room for 50 agents here and then probably 10 to 15 easily here. Even if we take outside, you could easily get 70 people here in terms of the call center. And then the media team goes up to top with the studio bathroom back in there. Break room. Very nice.
Very nice. Break room.
Yeah. This is all really good. The question becomes, do. Could you make it. Could you make the conference center out here? We just move this stuff around, but it get loud. I think we just have to buy a whole bunch of thinner desks and just hack people one row.
I really don't think it's a big deal, baby.
You don't think so?
No. 30 people in there is easy.
You think so?
Thin desks. Okay, think about it this way. If you can line up six people on one table, you need five rows.
So six times five. And then we just need to get smaller desks.
Yeah. And then you just make an aisle on this side.
You could also do one table here, one table here.
And you have a thin row, a middle aisle. There you go. Yeah. And like do two people. Three or three. Three. And do five tables.
We have to dye her that cool. Well, thank you.
This is Brina from the editing studio. Once again, to end off this video, we are currently in an Airbnb right now that I rented for a night as part of Mike's birthday surprise. And that will be in the next vlog. So stay tuned. Party. What all that entailed, but hope you guys have had a fantastic weekend. Welcome to Monday. Have a great week and we'll see you in the next vlog. Bye.
