When you only have 10 or 15 guys on the field during the off season and you have five people in the office like that, like people being overhead, it's very difficult to make any profit.
Thomas is an awesome gm. Like, we know that. And then you use him as their example. You're like, I need you with someone else with you every single day and cycle through every single team member. If there's 10 people, that means every week he gets one day with them. And if they're not good, we're going to cut them. It's not a matter of like a test. It's like, is this person trainable? Can I get them up to speed?
