A short YouTube tip for small lawn care/landscaping business owners recommending organized, paper-based call-record cards (available from lawncaremedia.com) and a ring binder to capture client calls and appointments in the field, then transfer them into business software later.
If you're just getting started with your lawn care landscaping business, you have a few clients, you're working out on the weekends, or if you're out in your truck and you're getting phone calls, instead of trying to, like, scribble on little random pieces of paper, or try to pick up your phone and fumble through with your gloves on, you grab one of these. These are on lawn caremedia.com every time a phone call comes in, you can take note of it, the customer's name, what they're calling for, set up a specific appointment, send this really nice card stock, and then just one of these little ring binder things. And at the end of the day, you can take this in and actually enter it into your software at home.
